He took a look at the roof and gave me a price and repair date of the following afternoon. In fact, we had told him in writing that the tenant might ask for more work to be done, but we were not authorizing it. He did it anyway and charged us. He was also not transparent about disposal fees until he was already on site and there wasn't much we could do about it. Not only did he lack transparency, but his overall professionalism was lacking. We had to ask, multiple times for an invoice for our records. The invoice terms stated Net 30 but he began harassing us to pay the invoice via text and email within hours of sending the invoice.

Left a mess of water all over the basement floor. I offered a bucket and he said he had buckets, but never used one. Bill was just a price - no breakdown of supplies or labor. When I called afterwards to ask what he charged per hour - no response. Find someone else!
