When we called to ask what was going on they had no idea who we were, then blamed the situation on, 'a little mix up '. They did not apologize once, nor could they tell us when they actually would be back to fix the issue. Perhaps Fletcher is fine for routine issues, but be wary if you have an emergency.

Quality of paving appears to be decent. Communication with the company is terrible. The job began…read moreby Maple Leaf, unannounced, leaving machinery in our driveway, assuming we would not need the space for several days. We did not even know they were planning to start until coming home to equipment in our driveway. Then, equipment broke down on first day of actual work, rendering our drive blocked for 2 days. This after no-showing the initial start date. The project manager was MIA for over a week without any communication, just unreachable. They eliminated part of the job without discussion, which was the right decision but did not reduce price and was not even a conversation. The project manager offered free sealing to accommodate for the inconveniences and lack of communication. Once the job was complete, he insisted they could only be paid cash/Venmo, despite having my paid-in-full check in hand. He stated his bank was unable to process a deposit due to another large deposit from a separate job. It made no sense, but I wanted to be kind. After being paid in full via Venmo, he requested I recall the payment to avoid fees. After several weeks of back and forth, awaiting my refund from Venmo, I paid him cash. He assured me the company would be in touch to schedule promised sealing. There was no call. I reached out, attempting to schedule the sealing. They completely ghosted me, only responding when threats of contacting BBB were made. They never sealed the drive. The process began well (seemed trustworthy), but ended with a feeling of having been ripped off and repeatedly lied to.

The wall was done quickly and the quality is good per our building inspector, though he did say there were a few things he would've done differently. It is warrantied for 5 years. Shortly after the wall was finished, I provided the final payment with the understanding the job would be finished the following day. Two months later, after rescheduling 5 times for many reasons, the driveway patch was done yesterday. They resealed the driveway for free for our inconvenience. I paid $9500 for all work done. We all know that a company will have a mark up, but I felt this was extreme. I called them to question the double mark up the labor. was told that it was a fair price, that's how the business works and I saw something I wasn't supposed to see. And the company did nothing to satisfy my complaint. word of advice if you deal with this company, ask for a break down of the quote before hand, and do yourself a favor and get multiple quotes! I went with this company because I had good results with them when they were still Raynor, but seems since they were bought out, customer satisfaction isn't their top priority! I gave the company a chance to make it right before writing this review and never heard back from them.

The entire process was remarkable in that, unlike others, Dave kept his appointments on schedule. He personally inspected the roof and delivered a review of his proposal in tremendous detail. He has a warehouse with all of the material he needed for my roof, so no excuses about shipping delays, cost escalations or backorders. He promised a mid May installation and actually came a week early. He even got the building permit from the Town, which some other contractors seem to forget. His crew was well-prepared, setting up tarps to keep the old roofing out of the shrubs and lawn, got the entire roof (36 squares) done by around 4:00 pm. Clean up was impeccable. New gutters were installed a few days later by very knowledgeable craftsmen who made some upgrades that were much appreciated.
