This was the second time using this great company. From the beginning with Luann ( who made the process, understanding, price, contract and signatures SIMPLE!) too... The crew led by Patrick and unfortunately I did not get the other talented painter's name. They were first of all punctual, informative, very kind and incredibly talented . They were at my home for 5 days and this house being over 40ft" high contemporary... a bit scary, they painted my home without one mistake !!! Unhappy with the response from owner. He came to the house for painting estimate and gutter cleaning. I never got estimate in my email and they never came to clean my gutters as promised. I guess they don't need the business. read more

Not only did they not show up to clean my gutters as scheduled, but mere days after assuring me my home was on their schedule (with a winter storm in forecast, I called to make sure they'd be here ahead of the weather), they sent a letter informing me they had shut their gutter cleaning operation down for the season. According to the letter, I was one of several customers to whom they did not keep their commitments. They knew my phone number several weeks earlier when they were making sales calls. And they had a working phone when I called to check on my status on their schedule. But they couldn't call to let me know they were ditching me before the snow hit, when I might at least have had a chance to find someone else, or at least throw up a ladder and do what I could on my own. read more

Called for an estimate in February and was asked if I wanted to change the color of the house. I said that if it were cheaper then it would stay the same. Our estimate meeting was put on the list for March. Kept being delayed until May. Was asked again if I wanted to change the color because I blue had been started last year. I said if it's cheaper sure but I had planned on changing the color. He took the info and left. Two days later, I get a perfunctory email saying they can't take out job because they don't do half houses. I called to say that I was happy to do the entire house and would still like an estimate. They never called or emailed back. read more

I've used this company for two separate types of jobs. First time was to paint a ceiling after water damage. Second was to wash the exterior of the house. Both jobs were done perfectly and at a lower cost than other quotes. Great work!!! read more

All in all not so pleased with this company. For the high price they charge, I would expect a better job. The edging on my walls and ceiling is not crisp, the coverage was sloppy, the painters left messes everywhere and were pretty rude to me. The company will not give you a breakdown of the charges, so expect a high bill with no explanation of how they arrived at it. read more
