These guys don't mess around, they had every tool and fitting imaginable and I couldn't have been more impressed, except for the fact they were heads down all business the whole time they were here. Gary was here from 7am to 6:30pm and spent the time to make sure everything was perfect and that I knew all of the features available before he left. Our counter top sockets constantly are shutting down and I have to go into basement to reset breaker. The only things we use on counter is toaster, coffee maker. ( I believe the microwave would be on different breaker) When I finally get them to respond about this issue , they come out and change the breaker and say that the reason the breaker goes out when I am making coffee is because of the new way breakers are made! This is a ridiculous statement. They did the wiring wrong and now I am going to hire another electrical company to take care of problem. Having to go down in basement to constantly reset breaker should not be necessary. They put all of the new wiring in and are unwilling to properly correct problem other than trying to convince customer it is because of the way new breakers are make. Tim (the owner) asked me to send some pictures of the breaker to him so he could order the correct replacement part, and avoid having to come out twice. He ordered the part and his guys came out on Tuesday afternoon to install the new CFCI breaker The electrician that he sent out was both professional and personable in every way and he was happy to explain everything that he was doing. He clearly was very highly trained. This was the first time that I had used Paciorek Electric and I would be happy to use them again.. A footnote: Be sure to discuss the costs before they come out to see you -- so you aren't surprised by the cost. The 25 minutes of work on this job resulted in a "Minimum Service Call" charge of $140(!) being billed.

One of the legs was not working. With more questions, he came to think it could be from the meter or electric pole. I contacted Eversource, they came out and confirmed one of the legs was dead and the other under-powered. New wires to the house were installed the same day by Eversource. This was Easter weekend, and largely because of Mike's generous sharing of his time and expertise we were able to get power back the same day!
