Now , I could understand if we didn't tell the intake person at their business what exact repair we needed and what size pipe we would require , but we did , and yet they were unable to do the repair and told us they could not return for weeks to do the repair. They also threw out there that we should be thankful as they were doing us a favor.? I will say the repairman was super nice and clearly just an innocent party in this unprofessional train wreck. I'm not an HVAC specialist but I do know enough to know that it doesn't take 3 weeks to get a small common sized pipe in their possession to do a minimal repair. Our correspondence was with Jason , who we believe is the owners brother. He was beyond rude, disrespectful and down right horrible Just do yourself a favor and pass.

I like the way everything looks - super neat and professional. And it's obvious they sell and install these frequently as they know the machine and process very well. They helped with placement (code), complete install and digging trench to propane tanks I needed since I don't have natural gas.
