Not a lick of wood, hardware, or any material remained on site when they finished. The crew applied their many years of experience to the project, setting the new windows, insulating, and then silicone caulking. Really, for the multiple quotes I received, this project was so reasonable my spouse took me to Block Island on the savings. Great work. Fair price. Mostly, though, we felt cared for during the job. They know what they're doing and they are kind in their work. Recommend without hesitation.

I'm not usually one to post detailed public reviews, but after the shocking and disappointing experience my mother and I have had (ongoing for 3+ months now), I feel that not sharing this information could be detrimental to prospective customers. Read before you hire this business. My mother hired Atlantic Roofing & Siding for a siding, balcony, and deck renovation at her Amston lake house at the end of 2023. Here's what went wrong since then: - The crew on this project were not only inexperienced but cut corners and raced to the finish line as quickly as possible, resulting in sloppy and shoddy work (see photo examples on google). It became clear there was zero quality control and a complete lack of professional oversight during the project. On top of poor workmanship, they left hundreds (I mean hundreds) of nails throughout the grass and property (which my mother cleaned up herself with a magnet), and managed to seal in garbage/construction materials below the new deck, with no access hatch for us to clear it out. My mother trusted this business as they initially came recommended by my cousin in the industry, and she unfortunately paid them before realizing all that was wrong with the house. In turn they took advantage of the situation and did not look out for her best interests. - After escalating the priority issues, Jordan eventually agreed to come back, and he did follow through on some of the fixes (we simplified the requests as much as possible by documenting a priority list with supporting photos + let the majority of purely aesthetic issues slide)--he promised to return again to close out the remaining work, and at this point we were optimistic he would do the right thing and help turn around an otherwise discouraging situation. My mother then patiently waited months for him to set a date to close out the remaining work (the balcony remains structurally unsound-right side installed higher than left and railing not securely attached to the siding), but he's continued to blow her off on multiple occasions. It is now June 2024 and we are unable to get in touch with Jordan. He's cut off all communication and we have not heard back from him. Bottom line: we are incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Atlantic Roofing & Siding did a poor job, took my mother's money, and left the project hanging. Go with a vetted professional who cares about their customers, fosters a safe (and clean) construction environment, communicates well, and takes pride in delivering quality results.
