My wife and I wanted to replace our home's failing, outdated windows for years and we finally decided to move forward with such a daunting project. Our old windows were drafty, some could barely be opened, and our energy bills were ridiculous. I spent weeks researching well-known national installers down to local companies. It was then that I came across Kubala Home Improvement. As I explored their website, I was impressed by their awards and testimonials. I dug a little deeper and could not find a single review on any business review website in which they did not receive five-stars. I called and set up an appointment with a sales representative (this was the first of many companies with which we were scheduled to meet). My wife and I met with Ben Griffin at our home, and it quickly became obvious that our windows were much worse off than we thought (they were at least 40 years old and had no R-Value). Ben is very affable, and he carefully explained how Kubala's windows are constructed (in the U.S., a huge plus) and every aspect of the replacement process. It quickly became obvious Ben knows his stuff and he was gracious in answering all our questions (there's a lot of information to process). We signed a contract to replace all 15 windows on the spot, without hesitation, and canceled the rest of our appointments. Six weeks later, Serge and his team completed the installation in a single day. They worked quickly, were careful to protect our furnishings, and they simply never stopped moving. They were so quiet that several times my wife and I thought they left to take a break! At the end of the day, I swear they left the house cleaner than they found it. We also appreciated the fact that the installers are Kubala employees, not sub-contractors. That made us even more comfortable in our decision. From meeting Ben, to watching Serge and his crew, to talking with Office Administrator Melissa Russell, everyone at Kubala was fantastic to work with. I can see why they're so highly rated and I absolutely would recommend them to anyone.

I'd highly recommend them and hire them again. Frank and Josh communicate immediately through text and call, do a careful one hour in person consultation, and even bring along a heat lamp and sample windows to educate on five different varieties of quotes. They are kind, intelligent, and respectful when working through our limited budget. The best part is they sell, manufacture, and install their own windows (as opposed to other companies who outsource these services) so the management and timeline of the project is high, detailed, and efficient.
