Not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but the only company to provide an in-home demo of the actual windows we were purchasing. With such a big home improvement project, you want to feel confident that you made the right choice. Shortly after signing the paperwork, they sent someone out to measure. Then we waited quite a while for the job to be scheduled. Unfortunately, installation occurred during a weeklong heat wave. Yet the guys rarely complained, and spent four full days installing our windows. If I have any complaints, it's about their after sale customer service. The day our installation wrapped up, I noticed a slash in one of the screens, and was assured they'd order a replacement and have it sent to us. Three months later we still had no screen, so my husband and I started calling. Every call was treated as a brand new sales call and no one seemed to know anything about our replacement screen. Finally, someone came out and made us a new screen onsite. However, he re-screened it too tightly, and the frame warped. More phone calls and more confusion on their part made us feel like we were in the twilight zone. Ultimately, we took the frame to their office and they fixed it there, which was an additional inconvenience. Other than these few snafus, we're happy with the work.

June of 2024, I discovered more daylight coming from my ridge vent in the same location as previous. I contacted MJ Turner and spoke with Michael who I believe is an owner. I have to say he is one of the rudest businessmen I've ever spoken to. His tone of voice and unprofessional behavior was arrogant! I felt he needed to know that his workers repaired the problem but did a terrible job as the tar only cracked a year and a half later. He didn't want to listen or even agree that the job done was terrible. He claimed that he did me a favor by fixing the issue even though that part of his company is no longer in business. I would never recommend any businessman that doesn't make good on a crappy job done by his workers. Yes, I've now had to have another contractor come and fix the issue which he was in his snotty voice, quick to tell me that my warranty was now void.
