The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so it's no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. He had his own drop clothes, cleaned up when he was finished and was very reasonably priced. My chimney contains 4 flues and it cost me $119.00 plus inspection. Last year we paid almost $170.00 and the service was no where near this stellar. I would happily recommend them for any masonry or chimney sweep services!
