I invested more than $10,000 for the installation of a walk-in shower, expecting quality workmanship and reliable customer service. During the installation, the crew identified issues involving the shower's water control valve. Rather than resolving the problem properly, the installation was left incomplete and defective. I repeatedly contacted the installation manager seeking corrective action. Each time, I was assured that a technician would return to address the issue. Despite these repeated promises, no one ever came to make the necessary repairs. My calls and requests were effectively ignored. As a result of the company's failure to stand behind its work, I was forced to hire a licensed plumber at my own expense to correct the problem created during the installation. This should never have been necessary. A company that charges premium prices should be held to a higher standard of workmanship, accountability, and customer service. Based on my experience, Long Home Bathroom Remodeling failed in all three areas.
