We have had them repair toilets, install hot water heaters, and rebuild handicap ramps and decks. Every job is done with the upmost of professionalism. I joke that the company hires Ninjas because when I place a call or email them for service it seems like they are here before I hang up the phone or press enter on the computer. They are efficient and get the job done the right way the first time. We hadn't cleaned our 35 foot tall two flue brick chimney ( oil furnace /clay flue and a glass…read morewindow wood stove insert /metal liner in second flue ) in two years. Our concerns it would be a big job were put to rest with Matt's easily understood explanations of services and an initial quote of 190.00 (stove flue) and 267.00 (furnace flue) offered and had a 25% off the stove flue spring special in the initial texts to set up the appointment. Arriving on the time specified Matt and co-worker were polite, courteous, and efficient in cleaning the flues from the roof top, the TV room, and the basement. Very clean and efficiently done. He took photos and videos of the flue interiors with explainations texted to our phones. He did a great job at a competitive price (compared to a previous companies quote of an 800.00 "chemical cleaning" -which was for ONE flue! and which we declined ). Upon hearing this Matt said was way too much and unnecessary from his examination of the chimney. He pointed out some slight decayed areas in the clay flue with a quote for the suggested repair but it was safe to use at this time. We will certainly consider hiring him again for any future cleanings or maintenance issues!

Thank God I discovered it however the men they sent had already taken my kitchen cabinets down. I felt that I had no choice. They reimbursed me about 700 dollars and threw in the borders above the cabinets. The men they sent were hustlers who insisted on the job because the original man had "too much work". Before they left they stole a paint cloth from my garage, which actually belonged to someone else. I went with this company because a neighbor used them and was supposedly satisfied. They evidently were not offering real wood at this time. The youg lady who serviced me didn't have the courtesy to come and evaluate the situation. I felt ripped off.
