He was always willing to discuss kitchen plans with our cabinet designer, especially when troubleshooting measurements and appliance placement. Due to Covid pandemic, we experienced some delays and Mike was very patient as well as cooperative and responsible with being able to give us a work timeline and offer design ideas to help us cope with some change-ups in our plans. He is very professional and was also able to connect us with painting contractors and plumbing contractors. All in all we're very glad we chose Mike and Wall To Wall!!

He was very understanding and stayed in touch with us for the following 3 months ordering supplies, checking on our delivery dates, etc., so he'd have everything ready to install for us. When we finally did schedule the start date, Mike dedicated 3 weeks to our project. He arrived on time, worked all day and stayed in contact every single day to make sure we were happy with that day's progress. He cleaned up every night and made sure all areas of our house (like carpets, walls, other rooms, etc) were protected with dust sheets or plastic lining. We are so thrilled with our new bathroom!!! It has exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Mike, and Wall2Wall Home Improvements, without hesitation, for any home improvement projects.

First, I need to say I don't typically write reviews, however, after the experience I had with Troy…read moreI feel compelled to warn others. Short Version: Non existent communication, Lack of schedule (expected to just be home all day every day for 2 weeks so they can show up "when they are available"), Inconsistent quality of work, Padding the bill, arrogant owner, overall terrible experience. Final straw: Not honoring the warranty Long Version: 1. There is ZERO communication between Troy and his team. The day Troy came to our house to give an estimate, we went over how we wanted everything in our bathroom and he said it would not be an issue. On day one of demo, I asked Troy to review everything we wanted to do (including moving up light switches, covering an old light switch, and moving the ceiling fan, etc). He waived me off and said we would go over all of that when demo was done. When demo was done, the team started putting up drywall WITHOUT ever talking to Troy or myself. This caused holes to be cut in the wrong spots for all of the above mentioned. 2. We asked how much it would be to put up brand new drywall in the entire bathroom. My husband and myself called the office manager and asked her specifically if that price was just labor or if it included materials. She assured us that materials were included. When the final bill came we were charged for all the materials. 3. During our initial consult, Troy told us what size vanity we needed. The vanity we picked out had a filler strip that had to be cut and placed in between the wall and the vanity. The crew member said it would probably be better to skip it. That although the sink would be slightly off center, it would give more room next to the toilet. Based on his professional recommendation, we agreed. Once he did that, the drawers could not open on the vanity (hit the door trim) so we knew the strip was needed. Troy came in at that moment and said "NOT MY PROBLEM, GET A NEW VANITY" 4. After receiving the final bill, we asked for itemized receipts. On the receipt was a charge for a 8,000 piece bucket of drywall screws which was $50. If they had left the remaining 7,900 screws, I would have less of an issue, but they took it with them! 5. We asked that it be included in our written contract that all trash be hauled away. On the final day we had a ton of trash in our garage from the job. Troy fought us on taking it and said he usually doesn't. He still didn't take everything...except the screws 6. A day after the bathroom was done we noticed the towel bar was loose. Troy sent someone over to fix it. Now, just 2 months later, the towel bar is coming out of the wall again. I contact Troy and he stated it would be A $50 CHARGE TO COME FIX IT BECAUSE IT WASN'T COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. WHAT?!?!?!? According to our contract, we have a 1 year warranty on all labor. He said if we are putting wet towels on it that it was our fault. IT HAS NEVER HAD A WET TOWEL ON IT. It only has one decorative towel on it that gets put on and off when I wash it. Obviously that means it was NOT installed correctly, which is a.....LABOR ISSUE.

Jaime and his crew are detail oriented and have a high standard when it comes to doing a project…read more We had Jaime do a full bath renovation and I wanted to save some money by doing the plumbing, painting, electrical and wood trim. I was going to have an outside vendor install porcelain slabs for the shower walls. Jaime was happy to make that work -- his proposal was clear about what he was doing and made me comfortable that we were on the same page. His price was very fair (I had received some other quotes that were crazy high and a couple others in the same price range). He did the demolition, some framing (blocking for grab bars and towel bars), and all of the tile (floor, wall, and shower niche). He was able to work with my schedule since I was doing my parts of the project on nights and weekends. From the moment he arrived at the house, he laid down floor protector from the front door to the bathroom and got to work making sure any question about approach was talked about with me. We made a few minor changes along the way (changed the height of the accent strip of tile) and the final product was excellent! The walls weren't straight and Jaime was able to make it appear perfect. They were on the job around 8:30 every day and some nights were still there after 6pm. Every night when they left, they vacuumed and left the house in as good of condition as when they arrived. I am so pleased and would highly recommend Hebron Tile to anyone!

Plus he made some design suggestions that greatly improved the overall look of the room. This man really knows what he is doing. However, on the day of installation, their crew left me with minor scuffs, dirty hand prints, coating splash, and tape removal lift. I didn't make a fuss about it, but I was disappointed because much of this could have been easily avoided. The floor itself was more of a concern. The clear finish in the rear of the garage was smooth and glossy, but the front was spread thin, leaving the area dull and coarse. There were also some other areas where minor imperfections were present (see pics).   The floor didn't seem to be curing properly either. It had a pungent "gasoline like" smell and by the 4th day, there were still a few tacky areas. HC returned on the 5th day and said the floor was curing and to give it additional time. I agreed to give it a few extra weeks, but I was concerned about this anomaly. After two weeks, the smell worsened and the floor seemed soft. HC returned and said the floor had cured but couldn't explain the odor. Having concerns of possible chemical contamination, or a bad batch, I contacted the manufacturer who sent a regional representative out first thing the next morning.   After careful examination, the rep agreed the floor was out gassing a strong petroleum type odor. He also said that the floor had not fully cured and although the top coat was their product, the base coat was not. The base coat was identified as PP-S85 which is a solvent based (naphtha) industrial coating. The manufacturer's 2 hour curing time for this product was based on an ideal atmosphere of 73 degrees F @ 50% RH. His hypothesis was that due to the increasing humidity on the day of the installation, the solvent may not have fully evaporated when the installer top coated the material. This condition likely resulted in an encapsulation of fumes between the layers that were now slowly migrating into the top coating. The floor was deemed unsalvageable and he contacted HC to discuss removal.   When the removal process commenced and underlying material became exposed, the intensity of the smell escalated. HC returned 3 times in total to remove the floor coating. Each time the situation improved, but it wasn't until all residue and remnants were completely removed that the issue was resolved. To their credit, HC was very apologetic throughout the incident and offered to re-coat the floor. However, after dealing with chemical fumes for 2.5 months, I wasn't interested. HC refunded me for the floor, including some additional costs that I incurred. Hopefully this was an isolated incident that neither party has to experience again.
