Communication was impossible, work was average at best, and price was high. I had enough, and contacted Jose, and he was amazing. I can't say enough about the quality of his work! If you have work that needs to be done, call the Lawn Master!

I sent emails - first inquiring about the work that was done (various parts of the yard were incomplete according to the scope of work provided in the contract). Then they weren't showing up. I emailed and Hector replied that it was because all of the rain...then it was the heat. In reality, I was too small time for them to show up. It's now been 3 and 1/2 and no one has come out. My last email inquiring whether they are intending to service my property was completely ignored. I guess I know the answer. I'd love to get the quality of service others have been raving about in these reviews, but I'm not getting any service at all. I don't know what I said or did, I paid the full invoices I received within 20 min of receiving it, even though they didn't provide weekly service promised. Am I too small of a customer? I was told they value all their customers. I want to believe that. In a 3 months and a half I received service 3 times out of out of the 14 weeks! How do I ever recommend this company to anyone? The same day we received the estimate (which was fantastic), they were able to schedule the work. They did a tremendous job trimming branches off of about 10 trees. He listened to our concerns and did exactly what we needed. Not only were the trees trimmed and large branches and dead trunks removed, they raked the entire area and took every piece of debris with them and also helped with a couple of extra issues. By the time they left, aside from the property looking so much better, it looked like a ghost did the work. There wasn't one single branch left in the yard. We were so impressed that we will be using them again for other projects that are going to be needed as we grow into our new home. Again, THANK YOU SO MUCH for the stellar work that you did.
