Therefore, the vent was still full (our dryer threw a code to warn us). When we contacted Gary, he told us that he didn't have a ladder tall enough to clean the rest of the vent and that it would be a pain to get one - something he obviously should have owned up to originally. He would not refund the money we paid him. Our association has removed his company from their recommended list.
