We were happy to be able to return to Buzaid for another great purchase. This time we were getting a Weber Grill for Fathers Day. The selection they have on display is more than adequate but if you done see what you like they have a huge board inside of all the grills that you can pick from. We ordered our grill and had the option of having it built and delivered. As always we were extremely happy with our purchase and delivery. I found the crew at Buzaid appliances to be helpful and courteous. I have a tenant who's stove died basically from age, I need something right away. I called Buzaid appliances and they got a stove delivered within three days on a holiday weekend. The big box stores wanted at least a week or two for delivery. There was a fee for delivery and take away. Convenience means some thing too. Their prices are very competitive, who knows one day to the next were the best deal Is?I find if you stick with GE you get the best service even though the appliances might not be of superlative quality. I just threw out hundreds of dollars worth of groceries that have gone bad becaus my GE fridge, delivered 5/1/24, does not stay cold. Have you ever thrown out chunky milk? I called & was told I have to have a GE service call. First extremely rude rep, Ron, tried to just give me the GE service # to make an appt! I had to refuse & insist someone get on the phone to assist me. My salesman Jeremy acted like I ruined his week & after waiting ALL day for Norman to call me, the result? Waiting 2 days and a 4 hour window which i will be out of work for, for a tech to come see my NEW FRIDGE so it's within warranty. This is customer service? They should have replaced it immediately and then THEY could have pursued the warranty on their end. Myself & my extended family used Buzaid for ALL of our appliances, emphasis on USED. I, and my family, will be using Lew White Brookfield from now on. This is SO wrong & upsetting. My Dishwasher died a couple of months back and Buzaid was recommended to me. I bought a fairly high end european brand at a good price, at least compared to Bosch or Miele. Guys showed up on time, and while the install was a bit more complicated they ran to the supply house for the special fittings they needed. Yesterday my Range died and with the pandemic service company said parts are 6-8 weeks out. But this is an AirBnB Rental home and can't rent it without an oven. Home Depot, Lowes etc all have nothing in stock that I would put in my house. Once again Corey at Buzaid tracked down a Stainless steel model that is kind of Okay for the situation. High end 5 burner, self cleaning, stainless etc. and they will deliver on Tuesday. Pandemic is impacting supply chains for everything, everywhere. Only wish they could do the install instead of me having to get a plumber but gas work is more restrictive on who can install. I think it is unfair to blame the vendor for the fact that something dies in 6 months. That is in the manufacture and not the responsibility of the seller. All I expect them to do is help me get satisfaction from their wholesaler and manufacturers. Do you blame the farmer or the cow if the milk you buy in the grocery has gone off? i bought a refrigerator from Buzaid in 2001. After 5 months, it was freezing on the fridge side and melting on the freezer side! After a couple of service visits, it appeared this couldn't be fixed and they replaced the unit with a brand new refrigerator, which died in 2015. I bought a similar fridge from them and have had it since. I also bought a dishwasher from them in 2007 and it is still going. and - I purchased a washer dryer 8 years ago, both working great. All were reasonably priced. I found the Buzaid's to be professional and very responsive. I don't think appliance stores are at the tip of peoples brains to review on Yelp unless they have a negative experience. Buyer Beware! This store has caused my mother nothing but heartache and frustration. She bought a "new" Maytag refrigerator plus an extended warranty service contract. The refrigerator broke down in the first year and took almost a month to get the service people to fix it properly. It was an awful experience and an elderly person had no refrigerator that whole time (and had to throw out a whole fridge of food). The extended warranty is crap! Zero customer service level whatsoever. No urgency to help and multiple run-arounds. Buzaid does nothing but pass the buck, also gives the runaround (e.g. call Maytag they might just give her a new one!" complete BS!! they call the C&E appliance service and nothing improves.) You pay good money for at least a few years of the appliance working and no frustrations. This is not the case with Buzaid appliance nor the expensive service contracts they sell. BUYER BEWARE. Go buy your appliances somewhere else. In the short and long run you will save money and frustration. read more

The other reviews here gave me pause, but I went with them based on a personal recommendation of a friend. They made it very easy to purchase a new washing machine, at the best price I could find. Unfortunately, the unit did not arrive in the best condition, and needed repairs....so I started to worry that I made the wrong decision. But these guys went out of the way to have the unit repaired, and then offered us the choice of a replacement, or an extended warranty. It turned out that the unit was discontinued, but they suggested we wait for a newer, upgraded model to come out in a couple of weeks, and if we still wanted the newer unit, we could have it, even though it was much more expensive. They more than made up for any hassle, and we now have a state of the art, much more expensive machine. Their delivery people were professional, prompt, clean and a pleasure to work with as well. This experience reinforces my belief that its always better to support, and work with small, local, family owned businesses. read more

Forget it! This place sells factory defects in and out of the box. The $50 you'll save off the top will cost you hundreds in frustration. You'll buy an appliance and shortly afterwards it will show signs of not working properly. They book a service appointment and one to several visits later (including time off work you as the consumer aren't getting paid for) your machine appears to be working ok or it will still have problems. You call to tell them and they will book another service call. This is the way they have it arranged with the companies they buy from. They sell known factory defects and they will absolutely not replace a machine even after one, two or three service calls. They bank on you either never calling to complain or if you do, rely on their service people to randomly change parts until they get the right one. Don't for even one minute think that the small scratch or dent on the appliance you're looking at is the only problem. I assure you the problems are far more sinister. read more

Daughter bought a "new" washer that has broken down 3 times in it's first 2 months of operation. Service has come in several times and its always some excuse. Last excuse was "oh this happens all the time with this washer. Its a good washer though." When asked to replace the washer the response is " I can't keep on replacing broken washers". Their prices are lower than Loews and Home Depot. Hmm? how can this small company buy inventory cheaper than the big box companies? They claim their "new" units are really new. This used to be the number one place I would recommend to people for appliances, but after our last experience I would be embarrassed to put my name on that. We had a couple of small issues with delivery which happens, but it was the after that really ruined the experience. We ordered a dishwasher and were told all of them are standard so we didn't need to worry about it fitting. When they got there though the cabinets needed to be opened by about 1/4 inch. My husband did the work that night and then it took us a week to finally get a hold of someone who could finish the install. If we hadn't kept calling we would still have an unhooked up dishwasher in our kitchen. They put all the burden on a very kind delivery/install person who came to our house at 8pm at night with his son (who was adorable) to finish the work, instead of just picking up a phone and setting a new apt which we would have been happy to do. I was very disappointed and will be looking elsewhere for any new appliances. read more
