On the first day 2 oil tanks the furnace and all oil components were removed and the gas lines were installed. Dave dealt with the town and the SCG and had the inspection done and the gas meter installed the 2nd day.Dave and his son worked tirelessly to completely revamp my system with the most meticulous detail to every component. About 2 years ago, I had Southern Conn Gas install the pilot light fixture in our furnace, which was 51 years old. I mentioned that I was going to replace the furnace in the near future, he recommended David at Home Heating & Air Conditioning. I went into that website(s) & found he had several 5 star reviews on previous installations. I am very satisfied with the furnace installation, I could see that David takes pride in his work & is a perfectionist at what he does. The job went smoothly from the beginning to the end. I have absolutely no hesitation to recommend him to other customers. David Teodosio is the BEST Gloria McAndrew, Milford, Ct

Update: Disappointed and hard to come back from this after being a customer since 2010…read more Took almost 1.5 weeks to complete a valve replacement. The 3-way valve went bad on a Navien tankless water heater in our rental. Leaving the tenants with no hot water and no heat (luckily heat just for 24hrs). Paid $200 for an emergency visit after hours. Valve was not in stock and had to be ordered. Part took 3 days to deliver, install appointment was not booked till the part was arrived. No available installation times till 4 days out. Install day came and the OLD o-ring ripped during installation, with no suitable o-rings to use the tenants had no heat or hot water still. Being the end of the day, one had to be sourced the next day or ordered. No luck locally so it was overnighted, another day lost. Part finally came and installed. $900 or so later, about 1.5 weeks and applying rent credit to cover tenants inconvenience. A simple, even out of stock part should be overnighted. Or at the very least utilize tracking to pre-book the install date PLUS order the necessary wearable items that will need to be replaced. O-rings should NOT be reused. Lots of inconveniences, time lost and money spent. I requested a call back from a manager to discuss how to prevent future issues. Days later no call back. Thanks for the customer support. I will be looking for another provider. Original Review: Currently use Tri City for service on an income property in Hamden. "Gurdy" the tech was sent for a no-heat call on a friday evening in the rain. Solved the problem quickly, tenants were happy and warm. Thanks!
