I fired them and called Tri-City SCOTT, the technician came out and fixed my fridge, which worked fine until yesterday when a new problem came up. (The fridge is 17 years old so it's beginning to show its age) once again, SCOTT came and took about five minutes to diagnose the problem if they have the needed part, it will be repaired later today or tomorrow. In the end, for about $500 my fridge will go on living for a few more years thus avoiding the replacement cost of $11,000. In addition to the technical service, the receptionist who took my information over the phone and made the appointment was also very professional and pleasant.
