Only reason I'm having them come out again is we have one more maintenance call due & paid for Which is needed since system totally not working due to a power surge a day ago. BUT! Just completed a project the previous month to replace one of the office building's air handler and condenser units and the install went great. Minor issue developed and they were out immediately to make the minor adjustment that was needed. Richard the tech was terrific and I really appreciate his ability to explain everything in simplistic terms. Scheduling service calls is always smooth with Cat, Rebecca does a great job in coordinating projects along with Joe S who handles the sales side and install coordination. Joelyn who has been there the from our start, overseas a well controlled operation. I am very disappointed in the ethical manner that my father was handled. I called Eddie to repair…read morea board and display unit for my boiler. They charged my Dad $1500 for the two parts and labor $875.00 plus tax of 147.64 for the labor of maybe 20 mins. The parts actually would have been, at most, $500. Labor for less than 30 mins. They did not disclose the cost of the work until they were done and my father felt obligated to write a check for $2,472.64. Senior abuse. not even a full 1/2 of labor. I am disgusted with how people take advantage of their customers. Nice Guy but not ethical in his business.

Tyler Air Conditioning of Stratford is the best company for your job. My family is forever grateful…read moreto them and their generosity. Everyone member working there is caring and generous. This year, my wife and I were blessed with twins. This also means our expenses caring for a little own are multiplied. While facing a financial hardship, our furnace started leaking dangerous levels of carbon monoxide and we needed a replacement. We couldn't afford the cost of a new own and care for our babies equally. With temperatures on the decline, it was imperative that we replaced it as soon as possible. When Tyler Air Conditioning heard our story, they offered to help. During an extremely difficult and stressful time, they offered to donate their time to help offset the cost of a new furnace. Within a few weeks, a new boiler was installed. We now have heat at night, our babies are thriving, and we are living with less stress. The entire staff on board truly amazing people. They were all willing to help a local family in need and I will always support them. I want to especially thank Donny, Vinny, Fred, and Jennifer for going above and beyond. They are extremely responsive, hardworking and so fantastic job. I highly recommend them to you all and couldn't have asked for a better group of people to help us.

Celco just left and said good luck. I had no Internet for a few days, spent hours on the phone with both frontier and optimum to come clear the wires off my property and free up my driveway. The tech who did it was very apologetic and I tried to be cool about it, mistakes happen, but when I tried to get the company to take some ownership of this, they showed their true colors. After two heated phone calls and them denying any need to address this at all, they grudgingly offered me $75 for the time and damage. This was just a fraction of what they charged me and not at all proportional to the damage and effort required to remedy their mistake, which they admitted to.

The best part was when I called the service dispatcher she got really hostile when I said I wouldn't pay for the guy driving into my driveway and not leaving his car.
