It's a high pitched squeal. We've had Onofreo out maybe 10 times and each technician has had a different diagnosis and /or solution. Sometimes they contradict one another entirely. Onofreo just keeps coming back, making tweaks, reversing and re-reversing solutions. My only assumption is that the system has faulty parts or was installed incorrectly. It's been terrible and the ordeal has lasted for 8 months now after installation.

I contacted Tyler for a 2nd opinion and based on a photo I forwarded from the inspector, they have stated that rewiring is needed at a cost of $500-$750. Why didn't the technician determine this four months ago when he came IN PERSON?? I would give zero stars if I could based on this complete incompetence.

They dispatched a repair man named Brian. He came to my home and within 5 second on call points out the line that was welded incorrectly. 2 hours later and my unit is fixed...... It would be enough if the story ended there but...... Lisa helped me engage home depot who is working with me to get refunded for this irresponsible contractor that installed the unit. Performed over $600 in work and left. Three days later the system went down. I called them to tell them this and they set up a service call. The system came back on within 30 minutes of the service arrival. I explained the situation to the technician and without leaving his car he said there was nothing he could do. He then handed me a bill for the service call. -Really? The best part was when I called the service dispatcher she got really hostile when I said I wouldn't pay for the guy driving into my driveway and not leaving his car. After putting me on hold she came back on and told me never to call them again. -The best part is that she thought I would ever call them again.
