Could not clean a few windows because they could not open - maybe the fault of my old house, so will give benefit of the doubt. 2. Literally like 10 filthy lines on rug 4. This is the worst - one of the guys broke the cord on my dining room pleated shade..I did not realize it until after they left..the shade was rolled part way up the window when they got here..after they left it was down..so I went to roll it back up..and TORN CORD! My window are the rollout type of windows on an A frame house to set the scene. What arrived to do the actual work were teens, not that I age discriminate but I don't think they were old enough for Rate at R movies yet. But hey so I thought they are young and had the energy to do the work, right? WRONGO! The quality of their work was laughable...to a point since I was paying them. They got to "work" one kid on the outside with a MY hose not a powerwasher...and the other inside, there was a 3rd boy but he must have been the projwct manager because I saw him once. When the kid on the inside "finished" the 1st window he asked me if it was okay? I went over to look and I'm like which window did you do? It was so bad I couldn't see the difference. He literally took window cleaner sprayed the window and wiped it clean....that's it! The screens and the inside casings were not touched. I showed the kid the order which listed screens and casings. His comment oh I didn't know that, he quicky did a once over. When they were done with the reachable windows I asked them about the high windows, ya know the ones I can't reach and hired them to do, one boy said wow sorry we can't do those high top windows we don't have a big ladder. I showed him the quote again and he said well we can't do either inside or out. I stood there in a amazement. I could barely get words out I was in shock. I gave them the check and sent them off. Sorry no tips I lost enough money on this. It's no wonder they call themselves Fish Windows, it's not just in their name but they apparently use fish to clean them too. My windows were worse when they left and I ended up redoing the ones I could reach. No I didn't call them, to say what? tell them they suck? Nah not to mention...A. I didn't want them back and....B. I'll just hire another company this season worth the money.

An even more recent update... Trinia just cleaned our…read morebasement, unbelievable job, so thorough & professional, parts of it have not been touched for decades...she got every nook & cranny. She takes so much pride, her service is very reasonable and in a few weeks she will start a regular thorough house cleaning. Another more recent update... Edward came by today and touched up some areas on the outside of our house that needed painting. He was thorough, professional & courteous. He also painted our front door and repaired the bottom. He did a perfect job and we are once again totally thrilled. Their service is A+ and we are looking forward to having them back next week for a long overdue window cleaning. Update... Trinia also cleaned out attic last week and did a fantastic job. She is so professional and kind, and, again, could not be more thrilled. Every inch, bit of dust and cobweb disappeared like magic. She will be coming back again for another project and then regular thorough house cleaning. Working with her is such a relief. I rescheduled for today and he was again a no show. I checked in a couple mins after our scheduled time and still haven't gotten a response. Sucks when businesses don't value your time. Schedule services at your own risk-I've wasted two full days waiting for him and each time I've had to proactively check in for a status. I should have paid attention to the last reviewer that mentioned this.
