Recently, I had A-Plus Exterior (Alex) come to my house for a roofing quote. I've been experiencing some water leaking and it was now coming into my living room. Within minutes you can tell Alex was honest and really cared about the work he does. Alex provided a reasonable quote and really worked with me on the price so we both felt like we benefited, you can tell he wasnt just out to make the most money possible, he was there to make the customer feel great with his workmanship and work ethics. Alex was able to answer any question with details and there was no surprises at all. He made it clear there was opened line of communication anytime you had a question or you were having trouble picking a color shingles!!! Within a day, we had a date to complete the roof. Alex said he would have it done in two days when in fact it was completed in full, on day one, before I got home from work at 5pm. The cleanliness of their work was incredible. For days, after they completed, I've been trying to find some evidence on the ground that a new roof was just put on but nothing, not even a tiny nail, wood fragment or a piece of plastic that blew or even a footprint from a worker... Nothing. I'm still not convinced that an alien spaceship didn't come down and do the roof for him!!! A+ Exterior really is the best. The guys worked hard and efficiently as a team to get the roof done in about 7 hours, which is the fastest I have ever seen. And their speed did not sacrifice accuracy, precision, or care. They did a fantastic job; my roof is beautiful; they made sure it was correct and were very nice about it. I am impressed and recommend this company to everyone. The pricing is very reasonable and they even let me add some things into the contract and cleaned up everything. And I have never seen a portable, elevatable dumpster which enabled them to toss old roofing material on the spot as they worked. I had some holes in my siding in the peak of my house (old owners tried to make their own soffits) and squirrels were consistently chewing through any sort of seal the squirrel relocator put up. Great work on my house done by A Plus. They were incredibly fast in responding to my online request (literally within minutes). They sealed up holes with siding that looks like an exact match to my current siding and put a ridge vent in to allow ventilation, all in about 2 hours. The quote they provided was accurate (between $700-$1000 with a guarantee it wouldn't cost above $1000, final cost was $900) Gina, the office manager, is a pleasure to deal with, and although I never met Alex his work speaks for itself. Our roof was leaking in the dining room area. It turns out the leak was coming from higher up & there was already some damage to the wood underneath. I called several roofing companies to get an estimate, but A Plus Exterior was the most professional of all. They explained the problem, presented us with options & even brought some roofing shingles samples to our house to help us decide on the right color. We hired A Plus exterior to replace our roof, it required full removal because we already had 2 layers, it's a huge colonial with a 2 car garage ,a back porch addition and a 3rd garage in our back yard. The team showed up this morning and the entire job was completed by 5:00 this evening. Not one single nail or shingle to be found on the property and the dumpster hauled away the same day! I cannot say enogh about the professionalism I witnessed today. My husband was a contractor for 20 years and this is the first time he agreed to hire someone to do the work. I had my house sided last year by the A Plus team. I have to say this team is truly A Plus. The siding team did the siding then the gutter team came out later that same day and the job was done. We had storm damage to our home in August of 2020. We had holes in the roof, damaged chimneys, and gutters from a tree limb which fell on our house. We called Alex and he came right over to assess the damage. Our shingles were outdated and could not be matched. Alex and his crew installed a new roof, replaced delaminated plywood, repaired our chimney, replaced the gutters and downspouts, & replaced two Velux skylights. Professional crew and no worries.
