I interviewed several companies, Anderson, Pella and more. Upon meeting John, one of the owners, I immediately felt conformable. They arrived exactly on time, Spoke well, understandable and polite. They first spent time lining the home with drop cloth , covering near by furnture with plastic. It made me comfortable that they respected my property. Then, the removal of the old windows. Very little noise and very little dust or debris. After that came the install of the windows. It was seamless, everything fit perfectly. Then, the trim work and finish trim. This is where I feel high quality carpenters are needed for a good install The team at Window Solution Plus, has great carpentry skills. The trim work both inside and outside look terrific. Spot on. The next stage was cleanup. It wasn't a 15 minute rush job. Instead, it was a well executed professional job, lasting over 1 hour. Vacuuming, dusting inside. Actually washing certain areas of the floor. Then the coup de grace, they go around the property near the outside of windows and pick-up debris by hand, then vacuum. When they leave , the inside and outside is perfect. Like they were never in my home My wife and I couldn't be more happy with our windows and this company I will hire them again in the near future and highly recommend you do the same. There are so many reasons why I love Window Solutions Plus! First off...they represent all window brands not just one company. Because of this fact, they recommended the window brand that best fit my needs vs the brand that they only sell. Throughout the entire process, Greg & John (owners) were accessible, responsive and professional. John was on sight everyday working with his team. They started at 7:30 am and continued to work non-stop until approximately 5pm. Before leaving every night they cleaned and vacuumed. John and his team installed two large Marvin windows to replace original windows in my 90 year old house. The openings, as expected, were far from level. John made the appropriate adjustments with attractive trim on top and bottom, insulating where necessary. The result is impeccable. John was super friendly and showed us a bunch of options and had actually physical samples which was super helpful in making our decision. We weren't sure when the windows would be installed but lucky for us they were able to install while we were away on vacation. Their crew went above and beyond on this install, I kid you not, the place looked exactly the way we left it but with beautiful brand spanking new windows. It was like someone had waved a magic wand! I really expected to see more chipped paint, caulk or some other signs of them being here, and that the windows were spotless, not even a fingerprint. John and Chris flawlessly installed 5 windows in our 77-year-old home. John first visited to measure and confirm that the openings were square, or the made-to-measure windows would be adjusted to fit. Shortly after the windows were ready, John arranged for delivery and installation the next day. John and Chris even accommodated our antique grand piano not by moving it but working around it, from outside the house. John's initial comprehensive demonstration (sales pitch) to my wife and me was responsive to our concerns, as we were replacing 170-year old windows. While any new windows would be a functional improvement, no replacement windows would look as authentic as the originals. We were also concerned about potential damage or changes to our original, historic, and heavily-contoured window trim and framing. John eased our concerns and provided us with the personal attention and care that we needed. John and his crew installed our 14 Andersen Woodwright windows promptly, within days of manufacture and delivery, leaving all of our original trim and framing intact, as promised. He and his men were neat, clean, and respectful to our home, and they worked energetically, enthusiastically, and efficiently. Each room was left cleaner than it was before they arrived. John returned one week after installation (he had offered to return the very next business day, but my schedule couldn't accommodate that) when I requested some adjustments to the window blinds necessitated by our less-than-square window frames, and didn't leave until everything was as we wanted. We hired Window Solutions Plus to replace a large number of old windows (November 2016), including matching some more recently updated windows, and also to replace a basement slider door. We also contracted with the separate remodeling part of their business, Seamless Remodeling, to replace all fixtures in a powder room, replace outdated living room track lighting and an upstairs bathroom light fixture, and some tile and plumbing repairs. The owners were a pleasure to work with from the initial phone contact through the planning, scheduling, estimating, and contracting process, and particularly throughout the actual work. They are experienced with various premium brands of windows and offered us creative and reasonably priced window and door solutions, including the ability to do finish trim and painting touch ups. The work team was highly skilled, always polite, prompt, and thorough, and they made sure that all work areas were left in very neat condition before they left for the day. The owners go the extra mile to make sure that you are happy and that the work is top notch. They were flexible about scheduling and realistic about the lead time for ordering the materials and the time it will take to complete the work.
