All three projects came out exceptionally well and I could not have been more pleased. The exhaust duct work was particularly impressive as we needed to exhaust a high CFM range hood through a very confined space. The project manager John was exceptionally good at listening to me, analyzing exactly what needed to be done, and developing a plan for accomplishing it. When Ted, from the Window People, came out to measure he wrote up the $2,700+ window order for white hardware even though the window he was replacing and every window in the house had brass hardware. The new window was installed and later I noticed the hardware did not match the old window. When I asked to have the hardware replaced, Ted wanted over $100 to swap it out. Ted and I went back and forth over "I signed for white hardware" versus "You were instructed that I wanted the exact same window as before but longer vertically". Ted wants the money... I called customer service at Marvin Corporate and Jill was great. She sent me the hardware as a courtesy at no cost.
