The finish work of skim coating, crown molding, and paint was expertly done. Raul Pacheco did all of this step-by-step, with an incredible team of craftsmen. It is important to note that before choosing Raul, we did a lot of research and received proposals from many contractors, some of them MUCH more expensive. In the end we really liked Raul's honesty, temperament, attitude and experience. He was also able to keep this extensive remodel within budget.
