Professional office management team, my small 8ft fence was on the pricey side. Had I knew my install was going to be 5 1/2 hrs, after the time I was given when the appointment was confirmed earlier in the week. I probably would have negotiated the cost of service downward. Nonetheless I'm not price haggler. So I paid what was priced out to me. As it pertains to my rating, I would have liked to give Fesco a 5 Star review, however I didn't because of the service I received the date of my fence installation. As I stated they installer didn't start my fence until after 4pm, when I was originally given a 10:30 am time slot. The Project Manager assigned "Damien" was very rude and unprofessional to me after I expressed my concerns with the delay. The installer was very nice, however worked alone due to Covid (I would assume) didn't appear to have any time to take a break in between jobs, which concerned me. Damien also wasn't apologetic to my service delay, nor did he appear to be sympathy to his collages lethargic and exhausted appearance. Since I am a recurring customer, and know many who have contracted work with Fresco Fencing over the past 8-10 years; I am a firm believer "Damien" isn't a reflection of the company as a whole. The care and attention of my concerns were addressed with urgency and professionalism from a office staffer "Jonnie". I have a small fence section appx 19 ft including the gate, 2 panels and posts. I need to replace it with a 6 ft. double side wood fence and a 5 ft gate spilt. I called 4 fence companies and everyone was between 17-$1900.00 completely installed wood, post, panels hardware etc... We also received a very fast and detailed price quote and once the project began, Damian visited to check its progress and stayed in touch throughout. Fence looks pretty good, I got what I asked for, aside from a few spots where there are screws sticking out because they missed their mark. I wanted to finance the fence but they told me I had to set that up prior to the job being done. They are charging me an extra 2% for breaking it up into two payments within 30 days. I didn't hear from anyone from their office before so I don't know how that would have been possible. The crew didn't cleanup too great afterwards, had to pick up about a dozen screws from my driveway. They also left behind asphalt from where they dug through driveway for posts. I plan on fencing up the front yard next year..it wont be with fesco. read more

They stand behind their fences are very professional and when they say they will be at your house they are at your house! They use high quality materials and their staff is professional. I went in for a specific item (u-channel) and gave them my measurements. What I got looked close to what I needed but when I tried to fit it to my fence I realized it was short. I took back the item and wanted to exchange but they said they needed to charge a fee for the other item. Not a good customer experience. read more

Called Fesco Fence for their advertised "free estimate" to install porch railings on 2 porches. I was told it would be over 2 weeks before they could even come to look at the project. Not a problem. After waiting over 2 weeks I was given a time of 3:00 "Joe" would be here . Great, again, no problem. I called and verified the date and time on the morning of the scheduled date with the main office and it was confirmed. Waited 4 1/2 hours and guess what? A no show and not even a courtesy call to say something came up. I called the office again and was told they remember me calling to check on the date and time and they did not know what was going on but would find out and get back to me. FYI, the cell number for "Joe's" phone is never answered. Well it's been 5 days and no call or message. VERY UNRELIABLE. How can you trust a company to complete a job on time when you cant even get an estimate or return a phone call. WARNING!!! Avoid this company at all costs. It's really not worth the risk and according to other reviews on Yelp, his price is unbelievably high if you can even get him to show up. read more

Your comment is not ACCURATE. The location was NOT different, exactly the same as on the sketch! The height of the fence is 6' on both pieces on the sketch. The project manager Joe admitted it was HIS mistake in measuring and apologized, thus you corrected your own mistake.I totally admit, I didn't double check the contract, cause the idea of covering only half of the fence never entered my mind. read more

We have used Fesco for many years. They installed a wood stockade fence for us 15 years ago which they have maintained over the years. We have a young dog who is an escape artist. He managed to loosen a slat in the fence and escape. Despite my husband repairing it, the little rascal managed to get out anyway. Thankfully, we found him. I called FESCO and they showed up the same day and checked the entire fence, reinforced the areas that needed to be reinforced and added wire mesh to certain areas where the little devil could possibly squeeze out. This was all done for no charge. I was willing to replace whole sections of fence but Damian from FESCO told me I didn't need to. I highly recommend FESCO for their reliability and customer service. When the time comes to replace the fence, I will certainly use FESCO. read more

We started to work with Fesco Fence in the beginning of April. We thought this would go smoothly as they honored a military discount for use an seemed to understand what we were looking for. Once we signed the contract and paid for the first installment we had no communication from our rep David. We had to call him several times to try to figure out when the fence would be installed. My husband got a hold of him and David was like fence is here we will come today, seemed odd but okay. The people who installed the fence did not install it according to what we discussed, my husband called David and they said that they would fix it according to what we discussed. I came home to the entire fence completed, sans the gates, which I will get to, still not installed according to what we discussed. The first section of the fence was completely too high. When I asked my husband why he stated the person installing the fence said that a small tree was in the way and the foundation came out too far so they could not drop the fence anymore. I also asked why we have no gates, apparently David forgot to order them, for our custom order. We waited another 2 weeks for gates to arrive. My husband spoke to David that said he would be by to get final sign off for the fence, which never happened. I was concerned we hadn't paid for the fence yet, but was still unhappy with the install so I asked my husband to call Fesco. He called twice and emailed, never got a response form David, so I called the secretary, she took down a message and we didn't hear back. He finally got a response 4th of July weekend a month and a half after his initial call. We did miss the email so I will take fault for that. In the interim our neighbor had contractors over and they looked over the fence and said not to be rude, but your fence is installed wrong. Great, what I have been trying to say the entire time was now validated. August 1st we get a bill from Fesco with a finance charge, completely unacceptable as we never got an initial bill for the final payment, just one 3 months later with a finance charge. I called the company and they said they would have David, our rep call us. At this point I didn't want to speak to David, but I thought I would give it one more chance. What was an upset customer calling a business, turned into David yelling at me, telling me how wrong I was. I had to go because we had an in house visit from the VA, but he was yelling so loud it took me a solid 30 seconds to get him to listen to me and let him know I would be calling back. I called the office back explaining the situation, including David yelling at me and asked to please speak to someone else because I was unhappy with how he was treating me. A week later I get an email response from David, who I specifically asked not to speak to, this is how he stared the email - This is in follow up to our recent telephone and your call into the office the other day. First off, I was not yelling at you when we talked. I'm not sure why you said that to the office?? Rather I was trying to explain the fence installation in question (picture attached) and the chain of events that took place. That aside, let me detail exactly what occurred with that section: He then went on to explain what he thought happened. Never start a customer complaint email with "First off". Fesco's salesman came to our home and gave us an outrageous price- 2-3 x more then others- When we expressed our concerns over the amount the salesman abruptly stood up walked out and exited our home saying-" I will work on the pricing." We are thrilled with our beautiful white vinyl fence. Joe Labriola, our project manager was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He listened to what our needs were and concerns, and because of his experience and expertise, he provided us with advice and guidance and was able to bring our vision to reality. Both installers were very professional, Mario and Rudy worked tirelessly throughout the day to accomplish what should have taken several days, it was obvious the level of pride they took in their work. Once the fence was installed, there were some minor masonry work they needed to be done but couldn't until a mason was available and the weather cooperated, Joe contacted us and ensured us the work would be completed once the warmer weather arrived, Mario did return with the the Mason, and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. Fesco is an honest company, there weren't any hidden fees, the price that was quoted was the price that was paid at completion. This is a five star company, and we would highly recommend them. Had Fesco Fence install a #1 Cedar Stockade fence in late August. Took photos fortunately. Before I went to Florida in November, I took photos of fence. Came back in 2 weeks. At the end of December, I noticed a change in the fence. A neighbor stopped by my house and actually was studying the fence. I go out and look. It is a different color. This is January 8, 2018. Not as straight, not as good as original. I go into my outdoor cameras and see that Mel Goldstein hosted Fesco to change my fence on Dec. 13, 2017 and again on Dec. 19, 2017. The Goldstein's incite people who work at my home to do mischievous acts. People do not realize that they are criminals. I went to Texas on May 17, 2018. Came home the 27th of May. My fence is changed again.My outdoor cameras were turned off by Goldstein for the 2 weeks I was away to hide evidence. I do detective work because the Police in Montvale, NJ think that what is done to me and my property is a joke. Took photos again as a rock wall was also destroyed. Went to Fesco and tested the waters 6/6/18. Showed the man who helped me and the lady who takes care of office the photos. She said that the fence I have is not the one they put in and she showed me the incriminating photos that I have to prove this. Man who helped me agreed with her. Want this fence replaced. Faxed a note to have someone come out for an estimate to change this fence on 6/7/2018. The man came after 5:30 p.m. and told me the fence is Fesco's. With all the changes, Fesco's name was still on the fence. He told me that it is the aging of this fence. Sue, the day before, told me my fence should not age like that and it was painted. Yes, bleached and stained at the bottom. I have photos of this as well. He noticed a very loose post and some of this fence needed replacing or work. He tells me that he will send someone out to repair the fence in 1 month because it is still under Warranty. My thoughts are, he will replace this fence which is still under 1 year with a grey cheaper stockade. He admitted this fence is Fesco's.Tells me the SUN bleached the fence. My cameras show that on December 13, 2017, Goldstein, #75 Valley View, next door, hosted Fesco to start changing the posts. On Dec. 19, 2017, Goldstein hosted Fesco again to change the fence. Photos show this. Man who came (I did not get his name) tells me my cameras are not good. Didn't take good pictures. I know this guy is lying. Cameras do not lie!!! I had gone to the Police earlier on the 6th of June. The officer saw the trucks of Fesco on Goldstein's property with headlights shining to hide their image. The shadow of trucks and vans, SUVs stood out. BEWARE! The fence you put in can be changed overnight. The posts can be changed, too. Before going to TX in May, I measured 3 1/2" posts. Knowing that I went to Police and knowing that I went to Fesco, the posts were changed back to 4", but bleached and stained fence was not changed back to what I originally had. Fesco owes me a REFUND!! The mentally ill Goldsteins get people to commit crimes to get themselves into trouble.FESCO NEEDS NO HELP!!! I get a bill from Keystone Landscaping from Orangeburg, NY yesterday to try to extort money from me. The bill threatens to take me to court. I saved emails, bills and correspondence which I sent to my lawyer and told Keystone that this is the 2nd time he is trying to extort money from me for the same invoice number. I would like to thank Fesco Fence for their great customer service. When I purchased my house 12 years ago Fesco Fence had previously installed a fence at the house. I used them twice to install a wider gate and to fix a gate that I had broke. Both instances I received quick service. Don't waste your time with Fesco Fence. Starting with a fence purchase worth over 5k and finishing with latches, hinges, and handles, the experience was more than frustrating. The hinges rusted, the latches broke off after just about a week. After contacting them, their excuse was they can't help me because someone else put on that latch (I guess no one else can do it as good as them and would never happen had they installed it.) read more
