Updating because the owner is accusing me of never having been a customer. I'm attaching my invoice. I don't think calling me a liar is a good way to handle a complaint/unsatisfied customer. Had a fence installed back in 2020 and am disappointed in what we initially thought was a great fence. It looked great in the beginning, but over the years, we noticed boards popping off and got around to trying to reinforce them. What we found behind our boards was not enough supports installed (2x4s were spaced way too far apart), some supports were not even pressure treated 2x4s, just random pieces of scrap wood and so they had rotted away. The 2x4s they did use were of poor quality and horribly twisted so the boards were not laying flush to the beams. All these lazy mistakes led to our boards popping off over time. We've basically had to take the entire fence apart ourselves and rebuild to prevent this from happening again. So unfortunate as we paid good money and the service was so friendly. I'd stay away unless you can babysit and ensure they are using the right materials and installing correctly so you won't have to go back and re-do their work a couple years down the road. read more

I happened to contact a multitude of companies to get estimates for the fencing project i needed. I called Fences 4 Us for an estimate. Reinaldo came out to my property and listened to my ideas and how i was planning on setting things up. He made some very great suggestions and recommendations to facilitate what i was trying to accomplish. I was upfront with him and told him that I had a few other contractors I had been in contact with that were coming to give me an estimate. I asked reinaldo to give me a "ball park" estimate of what he thought it would cost, when he gave me the "ball Park" estimate it shocked me, I told him that another contractor had quoted me a price that was FArrrrr less than what he "guess-timated". Within a few days Reinaldo called me back with a more concrete estimate and he questioned me as to how this other contractor was able to do the job so inexpensively. He led me over to his truck and showed me some samples of the material he uses. It was BLATANTLY obvious how the other contractor was able to do the job so cheap.....the material was CHEAP. I had a small job and I reached out to Fences 4 Us primarily because they had great reviews and they're local to me...I'm a firm believer in supporting local businesses. Well to my delight Reinaldo came through like the pro that he is! I called on Wednesday and after leaving a message he returned the call within about 30 minutes. We agreed that he would swing by to look at what needed to get done, but left the time open. He said he would swing by soon as he could since he would be in the area. He did exactly that. He also said he'd call me back with a quote, which he also delivered on. I hired him on the spot...didn't even ask for any other quotes. I signed a contract that very same day, Wednesday, which pretty much left the work date open, but Reinaldo inserted 'ASAP'. It's towards the end of summer and everyone knows that contractors are still super busy. Sure enough yesterday, Friday, his guys were in the area so he called me and said they could swing by on their way back if that was good for me. Ah, yeah...so job completed as promised! Anyone who has dealt with contractors know that reliability, and quality of work are huge. Yes price is important, but what's the value in a cheap price if they don't show up when expected, or they show up to spike the job and don't come back for days, or they do a poor job, or even worse...all of those. I had the remaining half of my yard fenced in with vinyl 6 ft privacy fencing. Reinaldo was fantastic and a pleasure to work with. I messaged him on Yelp and he immediately responded. That level of communication held true throughout my project. He over-communicated his plans on potential scheduling, when supplies would arrive, and who would be installing. Because my first contractor fell off due to apparently going out of business, Reinaldo was sensitive to that fact and shifted the schedule to install my fence only one week after contract signing. Overall, he's not the cheapest (probably somewhere in the middle), but he's organized, provides a higher level of service, and uses higher quality fencing products. I used this company for one of my homes after being referred to them from one of my clients who use them. I saw their work done on sites I was working in. Great work so I decided to go with them as well. I worked with Reinaldo, very nice guy we hit a few bumps in the road due to some trees I have in the yard an a neighbor who is a total bag of douche but nonetheless Reinaldo kept his cool an never once complained about anything an did the job well done.
