When looking for a fence installation company, look no more. Argento Fence Co., Luis, the owner is the best. The dog ear cedar fence looks beautiful, perfectly installed. Luis & helper were punctual in arriving, worked hard, cleaned up neatly. A very reliable person and explained everything before hand in detail. Since we have dogs, he advised he would never leave any part of yard open and even told us to tell neighbors (if they had dogs too) that we were having a new fence installed. Absolutely no complaints about his work and work ethic of both he and coworker. It was wonderful to deal with a company that you didn't have to worry about their doing a good job. A please to deal with. read more

do not call this place , they are very rude & disrespectful, i called them a few months back, an personally i had some issues that occurred with my home , so today i called them an right away the guy was very nasty saying to me that hes been here before an that i never called him to do the job, so i explained to him what had happened an he said well that wasnt his problem, so he asked me what i wanted so i told him , then he said he was very busy an that he wanted me to measure , so i said i already have the measurments , he said well your measurement can be wrong, so i said well can you come here an he said not really, so please ppl do not use this company at all, this by far is one of the worst companies , read more

Argento Fence did a great job of replacing the 6 ft cedar picket fencing that encloses our entire property. Luis was prompt and professional in assessing the project, providing a quote, and scheduling all of the work. His team did a great job dealing with the steep inclines that often required building panels onsite, working near large trees, straightening old posts, replacing unsalvageable posts, and removing the old fencing. I recommend Argento Fence and would certainly use them again. read more

Argento Fence - Fences & Gates Near Me - Clifton, New Jersey

We needed to replace our backyard fence after our janky chainlink started to fall over in certain spots. And with a few vocal dogs and a corner lot house, we also wanted to reduce the barking that was getting triggered from outside activity. Enter Luis, of Argento Fence. We had opened a Yelp inquiry for fence contractors, and he was the first to respond, the first to schedule a visit for an estimate, and the most upfront and transparent about every step of the way. Want beige vinyl instead of white? This is how much extra it will cost, and this is how it might impact the delivery and install time. And based on seasonality, this is how that install timeline might have to get pushed back if the posts can't be anchored properly. Every step of the way was collaborative and fair. There were absolutely no surprises except for the positives: Argento installed some extra fencing panels at the edges of our back deck because Luis knew we have dogs, and knew that the entire fence would be worthless if our dogs could scoot through that open space. We were not charged anything extra for that added benefit. We did go with the shaded fence to match the siding of our house, and it matches perfectly. Our fence has improved the visual aesthetic of our yard and we don't have to worry about a janky chainlink panel blowing over in a wind storm. I would use Argento for as many fences as I need, but I don't think I'm going to need another one for a while because the fence Luis built for us is perfect. read more

Argento Fence installed a portion of fence along with a gate for our backyard and we were extremely happy with the level of service and the professionalism throughout the process. Communication was very easy, Luis was very responsive and the price was competitive. Luis even came to the house recently (on a holiday, no less) several years after installation to make adjustments that were required after the ground settled. We had Luis come out in March 2020 to inspect a wooden fence that was recently installed by another contractor before we purchased the home. Luis was responsive and efficient in his inspection and estimate of the recommended repairs. He was also honest and transparent about the current state and future problems we may face given the poor job from the initial installers (a lot of corners were cut to make it "sell" ready). We decided to hire Luis for the job, he was the most informative, thorough and his estimate was a very good value. As hoped, Luis was on time and efficient. He went the extra mile (at no extra cost) to repair an unforeseen issue that came up. The work still looks great and more importantly is safe and done the right way. Work done: reset three posts, repair two faulty gates/latches and repair warped boards. Knowing we will need future services, it's good to know we have Luis and his team to call when the time comes to do the job right. read more

Luis was great to work with and our fence turned out great! I had called multiple places to get an estimate for a fence in our backyard and with many people doing the same, it was a challenge to do so. Argento Fence was the first to call me and to come provide an estimate while other places told me it would be 2-4 weeks before they could come. Luis was very friendly and easy to work with and he gave us suggestions on how to best fence in our backyard. He also provided updates during the weeks it took for the materials to come in which was very much appreciated. We didn't have to track him down, since he always called me to let me know the latest in terms of progress with our project. It took him less than a day to actually complete the backyard fence and the end result was great. I would highly recommend anyone use Argento fence with no hesitation. read more
