Armand was one of the first to respond, and definitely the first with availability. 9am the next morning he was at my front door. Less than 24 hours! Within maybe 10 minutes he had identified the issue and suggested an essentially free fix that should last until I need to have my roof redone. Then he did an overall health assessment of my whole roof, took pictures, and came down to show me and answer all my questions. Pro Touch Construction made the biggest impression as the owner Armand showed up at my house the next day to inspect the work site, he showed me samples of different shingles and underlayment, then took is time and explained the process in detail. He also had a satellite picture of my home with the square footage measured out. He told me after he was done all I had to do was paint . When I went to paint my ceiling something went terribly wrong, it looked all bumpy not smooth.
