When they visited to back up their warranty they continue to say they found no seams issue that needed repair however, I went up to my roof and found it immediately!. This leaked was never there before they fully replaced my roof. DO NOT USE DONERITE!! The new roof was so badly patched together it was bound to have leaks again. Instead of using a solid piece of rubber they continuously applied mini patches and with adhesion issues. I to paid for mold and drywall repair and pay my tenant for damages! Also, like another reviewer said, when they installing my new roof, In the middle of the job they asked for thousands more for extra plywood. The price i paid I could have put done the more expensive roofing material EPDM than the thin rubber they put down with adhesion issues! DO NOT USE DONRITEROOFING!!!

While unveiling a small issue with the existing railings (the bottom that had been in cement was rotten and rusted) Fabio contacted me immediately and explained the reason there would be a slight increase in price. A man comes...and doesn't have any of the necessary materials. I'm a bit annoyed and then the man says he actually can't do the inspection at that time and we have to reschedule. Apparently, he got lost on his way over and he is very packed that day so he can't even start the inspection, let alone the repairs we discussed. When the man drove into our driveway, he almost hit the bushes so I asked him to be more careful when backing out. He told me to 'relax' and then proceeded to almost hit the bushes AGAIN and we had to guide him out. It's a wide, 2-car driveway so not sure why he had this issue. I called the office and the staff was very apologetic. I appreciate that they were trying to get a higher-up who could offer a discount, but based on this experience, I decided to go elsewhere for service. The price was fair and the staff was friendly so I'm disappointed it went this way.

The 22 windows and our balcony door back on August 10th. The extra window we accidentally forgot and it was completed this week, 23 windows all together was done very well.
