He sent his son, who was a teenager at the time. Son said "Gee, my dad has to look at this." Shameful. Owner Bob claimed a "sinkhole" was the culprit. NOT. Refused to do anything. We hired Cortese to fix the wall at a cost of $12,000. They are coming again to fix the second collapsed Stone Town wall. They agreed with our insurance company that both wall were not constructed properly.

Instead of calling me and saying 'sorry man, we've been super busy and I know we promised to come and finish last week, I will make time this weekend and finish up' which I would've completely accepted and agreed to. Instead, Steve called MY WIFE and went on some unhinged tirade about being scared for the safety of his guys because I was racist and unstable because I use drugs! This actually happened! He got that stuff from us talking about going down the shore 20 years ago and 'partying' with friends and how it was so fun. And I told them their Spanish guys wrecked my lawns and destroyed a bunch of stuff! That makes me a racist druggie I guess. So this guy, Steve Lapin tried to screw up my marriage and mess with my family!!! Because he didn't have an excuse for not returning my calls and figured he would do that to wiggle out of it, I guess? After I finally spoke with him and yelled at him what in the world he was doing, he tried black mailing me saying he recored our conversations and all kinds of crazy stuff. He continued trying to harass my wife and me, trying to get me to take down the review. His partner John seemed appalled after I told him what happened and assured me he would take care of everything. That was the last I heard from him as well and no phone calls or messages have been returned. Meanwhile the huge leak THEY CREATED that goes into my basement, has not been fixed. I had 3 other crews come out, he was not the cheapest, but I felt most comfortable with him, his price and work plan. After having to wait out the winter and finally getting the town permit Dom reached back out to me to schedule the work. He did everything we talked about with some extra care. Worked around the newly planted flowers. No damage to any plant life or newly paved driveway. It looks beautiful!! Completely happy with Dominick and his crew. They cleaned up beautifully!
