First time, I hired them to do some reflashing along all sides of my Hoboken flat roof after I had some issues with leaking. Despite my roof already being under warranty from a previous owner through the original roofer, I had a hard time getting a hold of them and I didn't really trust them anyways. I'd rather pay someone to do the job right. Roof4Roof didn't come across as being super pushy and honestly suggested the work that needed to be done. Second time, I brought them out to replace some really old skylights that were super drafty and probably were going to start leaking any day. It's surprisingly hard to find roofers who want to replace skylights without doing a complete re-roof. I'm not really sure why. It shouldn't be impossible to just replace the skylight without impacting the integrity of the roof. Probably just a matter of other roofers just trying to get more money out of you. Roof4Roof made some good recommendations on what type of skylight to get -- again, not pushing the most expensive option but the one that made sense for my situation. Both times, I was happy with all of my interactions with Roof4Roof. I never had a problem reaching them either by phone or email when I needed to. That last part is key -- it's amazing how so many service providers only want to talk over the phone but I've done a lot of my business with Roof4Roof over email. Their prices may be a little higher than other roofers but you get what you pay for. Piece of mind and confidence in the people you work with is important to me. If there's any issues with the work that Roof4Roof did, I have confidence that I can call them and ask them to come out to resolve it. I highly recommend contacting Roof4Roof for any of your roofing needs.

The assessment wasn't bad, but they did recommend re‑insulating my attic due to the age of the existing insulation. When I contacted Atticare for an estimate, I learned they partner directly with PSE&G on home energy‑efficiency projects, which immediately made the process smoother. Stephen (Inspection & Sales) - Stephen arrived exactly at the scheduled time and was friendly from the moment he walked in. He inspected my attic, measured the square footage, and walked me through all available insulation options. No upselling...just available options. Based on our conversation about my high winter heating bills, he also suggested that my outer walls likely needed insulation. Before giving me any pricing, he made sure I understood that Atticare would secure the best possible PSE&G rebate. They ultimately obtained a sizable rebate (free money!) and a 0% loan for 72 months billed as part of my monthly utilities bill, which allowed me to insulate all three floors of outer walls in addition to the attic. Nick & Crew (Attic Insulation) - Nick and his team also arrived right on time. He explained the scope of work clearly and determined the most efficient way to complete it. His crew worked quickly and had the entire attic insulated in under a day. Victor & Crew (Outer Wall Insulation) - Like Stephen and Nick, Victor and his team were punctual and professional. Because my home's exterior is stucco, he explained the indoor insulation process in detail. His team moved furniture away from the outer walls, covered everything with plastic sheeting, and got to work. I will note that dust mitigation could be improved for walls and furnishings -- not a dealbreaker, but tightening that up would elevate the experience even further. The outer wall insulation work took a bit longer than expected due to the number of holes that needed to be drilled, patched, and painted, but the team handled it diligently. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the services provided and am genuinely looking forward to seeing a decrease in my heating and cooling bills. Not only would I recommend Atticare -- I already have.

When the owner didn't really answer my question and responded he couldn't come Monday, I asked for a clarifying answer - did he mean he couldn't come on Monday, or anytime before Monday? Instead of just politely giving me an answer or saying "sorry, we're not available", the owner said no, and then took it upon himself to berate me with a curt "should've contacted me sooner." I didn't realize he was doing ME a favor in this business arrangement. At the last lawn mowing the previous year, I also found a large pile of grass clippings and various leaves debris piled up against one side of my fence, hidden behind my hydrangea bush which could have led to rot and mildew against my fence. When I brought it up, the owner said because we didn't pay him for official removal of the leaves, he felt it was fair for his team to leave the debris in my yard - instead of notifying me or calling me to ask me (when they were there) what we can do about it. It also didn't make sense because the debris pile consisted mostly of new grass clippings and not the mulched leaves. Another time, they came when I was home and the gate to the backyard was closed since it was about an hour earlier than when I usually expect them. Instead of ringing the doorbell or trying to call me, they decided to mow the front lawn and leave within 10 minutes. I had to text back noting that I saw the back lawn wasn't done before the team came back to do the job. One or two mishaps I'm ok with - even an increase in prices, which happened this year - but the attitude was the straw that broke the camel's back. Maybe they have more business now and don't need mine. They won't miss me, and I won't miss them and can no longer recommend them in good faith to anyone.

He came out when I wasn't home but my wife was. He didn't measure anything. Look at the room where the damage was and left. He didn't look at the rest of the upstairs. I didn't get a message for him so I texted him. He gave me a quote for the one room. I asked, do you have a quote for how much it would be for the whole upstairs. He said he didn't look at the other room upstairs. I described the size of the other room upstairs and he texted back with a quote. I asked if you can send me in writing the 2 quotes. He said he has to charge me $150 for the quotes. Then I said, "What? Why?" He never responded. Just in case he didn't see it, I text him again the next day. He didn't respond again. Extremely disappointed with him and his lack of response.

I found out I had a hole in my roof. I had to immediately call a roofing company and I had no idea where to begin so I googled "roofing company's near me". Pro Touch Construction came up and was ranked #1. I called them immediately and spoke with Armand. He happened to have availability that same day (thank goodness). He said 2pm and my doorbell rang at 2pm. Armand first surveyed the property by walking around and taking pictures with a drone. And from there he said "you have a hole in your roof". He gave us a great presentation on the company, his background, the different types of roofing materials and colors, then he explained to my husband and I what we have and what we needed. He went over pricing as well. Because rain was expected for the next few days and I was afraid my ceiling would come down, so until we signed the contract and schedule a date, Armand covered the hole with tarp. Usually we would call around to get a few quotes but there was a comfort we felt with Armand and I also like the charity work Pro Touch Construction does, this being coupled with their #1 ranking we knew we would have Pro Touch do the work. Two days following Armand's assessment, owner came to our home and covered the hole. He said Saturday there was a group text about our house. That made me feel good; as if we were priority to Armand . And even better when we received a call on Sunday evening saying they can put us on the schedule for the next day. No one expects for things like this to happen; I just recently had a baby (on maternity leave), AND we had to deal with the insurance company. But Armand and Pro Touch Construction made us feel as if everything would be okay. I am happy to say we have a new roof; the guys did a great one day job; picked EVERYTHING up from the property, there was even an inspector (I assume) that came out after the job was done. When Armand himself came to my house to inspect the roof and explain the process to me, I was so impressed by the thoroughness of his presentation and attention to detail. He showed time lapse videos, shared pieces of the actual material they would use and and answered all of my questions. There were many other touches of professionalism along the way... he called to thank us for our business upon contract signing, he met me at my office to show me shingle samples, and was in constant communication about the scheduling of the project. I was lucky enough to be home the day the new roof went on, so I could see this hardworking team in action. The focus and dedication of each and every member of this skilled crew was apparent as they removed all three layers of shingles of our roof, patched the necessary spots with new plywood, and applied the sections of the new roof. Pro Touch did a great job with my new roof. They did a thorough inspection of the attic to determine level of damage to the roof and a walk through of the job to explain procedures weeks before the job took place. Armand and his crew of 9 showed up promptly at 7am and worked almost 12 hours completing the job in one day, going beyond what was agreed , as a few unanticipated problems arose that were dealt with with no extra costs involved. they left the property spotless at the end of the day. Through GAF the roof is warranted for 50 years, parts and labor, and can be passed on to one successive buyer. We had 3 roofs to be replaced, the main house, the standalone garage, and a flat roof, part of an extension to the house. The job was projected to take 2 days, but they finished in 1, promptly starting at 7:30 am and not leaving until 7 that night. Crews kept moving in and out all day to do different parts of the job.
