I called the owner for an estimate on a couple of projects we had underway and he came over right away. The professionalism that he showed was impressive, he came wearing a mask, he had equipment used to take measurements and gave us a fair estimates for both projects. The first one was my gutter which was damaged by ice and he gave me a very fair price. He sent over a very competent worker who worked on replacing the gutter. While it is currently running (knock on wood), a guest recently remarked that the filter on my external fan unit looked dirty and that you're supposed to get annual maintenance on these units. When I called, I believed I connected to an answering service. I left my contact information and a description of the request. Unfortunately, there was no response for the next three days, so I decided to look elsewhere. These vendors need a better scheduling system or should simply tell me that they don't have any appointment openings at this time. Otherwise, this is just bad customer service not to return calls.
