Moti did some repair work on my deck and did a good job at a reasonable price. Have used for several projects in the past

I was looking for someone to do work in my son's apt. Since I don't know anyone in the area I requested quotes from Yelp. Moti was the first to respond and the only one who gave me an appointment to look at the wall that needed repair and give an estimate. He arrived on time, quoted the job and started work the same day. Not only was he fast, he did an excellent job, was thorough, paid attention to detail, and left the area spotless. Pricing was fair. Great service. Honest and dependable. read more

Moti was extremely responsive to my handyman request for bathroom recaulking, repairing of some ceiling damage from removal of shower doors, etc. He had the earliest availability -- a few days after I messaged various handymen on Yelp. He arrived 15-20 minutes earlier than the start time, worked hard, was polite and was extremely reasonably priced. The work was done speedily and extremely well done. I will be hiring Moti for any handyman jobs in the future and am planning to hire him again for some paint touch ups in my condo. Thank you Moti!!! A great handyman is hard to find. read more

Moti responded immediately that he was not available in desired time frame. I am working on the final step of a Sears Home contract. Sears delivered the replacement dishwasher as promised but could not find an installer to complete the contract and dumped the responsibility on me. Thus the speedy reply from Moti (within 15 min) was much appreciated, thank you!!! read more

Moti and I connected on Yelp as I needed help with a new storm door. What made the job challenging is the fact that my back door is not a standard size. We agreed on a time and price, and we were off to the races. I needed to postpone for 30 minutes, and he accommodated me easily. Traffic got in his way, and he communicated all along the way so that I knew exactly what was going on. After looking at the space for the storm door, we went to Home Depot and selected the hardware necessary to pull off this job. Moti has a substantial amount of tools in his truck and so it was easy for him to not only install the door, but also make adjustments. If you need something done around your house, just contact Moti. He's a tremendously reliable guy who communicates brilliantly. read more

We hired Moti based on his excellent reviews in yelp. I gave him relatively large project, something that requires 20-30 hours of work, cosmetic fixes in a bathroom: securing couple of tiles, re-grouting, caulking, taking wallpaper of the wall, repainting the walls and ceiling. After first day of work we had a major leak in the toilet Moti disconnected, I had to call a real plumber to fix it since Moti was not available. After second day of work I realized that Moti is not very good with straightening damaged ceiling, and generally painting. He finished the work today and we realized that even grouting and caulking was subpar. Overall, I do not recommend him for painting or grouting work. Given that 50% of his work needs to be reworked, the value is pretty low. read more

I hired Moti for caulking of two bathtubs in my home. He provided a reminder of our appointment the night prior, he arrived on time and was courteous and hardworking. The tubs came out perfect, actually much better than the previous handyman that I hired to do this job previously. Definite attention to detail to do the job right. Thank you, Moti! read more

Moti did a great job installing a new bedroom door for my mom. Very responsive and punctual!

Handyman For Help is the way to go! Like many others have said here, Moti is a great guy to deal with from start to finish. When I contacted him about a ceiling/wall water damage issue here on Yelp, he quickly responded and was over to my place in Jersey the next day to check it out and provide a quote. Moti is hard working, fast, and does a good job. He is also a good communicator which has not been the case with many I have hired in the past. He texted me ahead to let me know when he was close to arriving and if he was running late, also let me know right away but it was never more than 15 min late. He also went above and beyond the ask: In addition to repairing the areas I instructed, he repainted all the walls surrounding with a fresh coat and removed some ugly bulges in the wall for free. Great attention to detail. I highly recommend hiring Handyman For Help if you want a good job with a painless process. THANK YOU MOTI. read more

I hired handyman for help and I am very pleased with the results. Moti is a hard worker. He is meticulous, neat, and pays attention to detail. He painted my bedroom and did not get any paint on my crown molding. He also changed the housing on my sink from an old brass fitting to a new metal fitting. He worked diligently and water tested everything. Last, he installed a new faucet. What a phenomenal job! Perfection! Will hire Moti again and will refer him to friends and family!
