Moti and I connected on Yelp as I needed help with a new storm door. What made the job challenging is the fact that my back door is not a standard size. We agreed on a time and price, and we were off to the races. I needed to postpone for 30 minutes, and he accommodated me easily. Traffic got in his way, and he communicated all along the way so that I knew exactly what was going on. After looking at the space for the storm door, we went to Home Depot and selected the hardware necessary to pull off this job. Moti has a substantial amount of tools in his truck and so it was easy for him to not only install the door, but also make adjustments. We hired Moti based on his excellent reviews in yelp. I gave him relatively large project, something that requires 20-30 hours of work, cosmetic fixes in a bathroom: securing couple of tiles, re-grouting, caulking, taking wallpaper of the wall, repainting the walls and ceiling. After first day of work we had a major leak in the toilet Moti disconnected, I had to call a real plumber to fix it since Moti was not available. After second day of work I realized that Moti is not very good with straightening damaged ceiling, and generally painting. He finished the work today and we realized that even grouting and caulking was subpar. Overall, I do not recommend him for painting or grouting work. Given that 50% of his work needs to be reworked, the value is pretty low. read more
