They came on time, they were easy to book with and pay, and they finished a job that I thought was quite hard in under a half hour. Not only that but it was such a piece of mind knowing I was going to have a fellow queer person come in my home to do the work, versus some gruff random dude I would have maybe felt uncomfortable with. Katie is amazing! I called her to help with fixing a slide-out cabinet that had come off its track, and that was not staying shut properly, as well as replacing some floor trim that had been removed when I had a new dishwasher installed. As the scheduled date approached, I kept realizing all these other things I'd need fixed! Katie told me to make a list, and when she arrived, she knocked out every item on my list, even late-breaking ones!
