Nothing has changed (in a good way)! I first got one A/C, and he showed up the next day, exactly on time, and installed it perfectly. I then got two more A/Cs and he came back a second time, also within a day and on time, and did a great job on those too. We had a little miscommunication during that install, and I realized after the fact that he installed the A/Cs in the wrong rooms. He didn't feel like the issue was on his end, but he still came back and swapped them at no cost. He's also just a super nice guy - he remembered working with me from when my child was just a baby. The extension hose for our kitchen sink became damaged over time so it needed to be repaired or the entire faucet replaced. After checking Yelp reviews I chose Zabivey Handyman. During our initial call Eugene suggested that I purchase a replacement faucet and have it ready for him when he arrived. We scheduled an appointment the next day and I was quoted a fair price. Eugene showed up on time, worked quickly (even with an extra complication), left no mess for me to clean up, and did the job expertly. My only suggestion is for him to answer his calls more profesionally. "Hello, this is Eugene at Zabivey Handyman. How may I help you?" or something to that effect because "Hi!" or "Yes?" is very off-putting - I should know who has picked up the phone so that I'm sure I didn't dial a wrong number. read more

Nick did an amazing job. He came for a consultation the same day we called and returned for the job three days later. He installed our dishwasher very quickly and with minimal disruption even though he had to cut through wood cabinets to fit the dishwasher in. He even recommended we replace a corroded pipe we hadn't noticed and did it for a low price. We asked him to come back to remove old window gates and put in three in-wall ACs a week later.
