Dorjan was extremely prompt in initial response and was able to prioritize getting to my apartment to address the issue much earlier than planned. He was extremely thorough and ended up finding and fixing multiple issues with a main line drain clog in my building. Will definitely reach out to DC again in the future. read more

I needed a toilet replaced fast. When I called Dorian, he came over within the hour and quickly and efficiently switched out my toilet. He did a great job and he left everything spotless. I will call him again to fix any plumbing problem I have! What a great experience!!! Thanks again Dorian. read more

Install went seamless. Easy to work with. Great job. Reasonable price. Would definitely call to work with again.

Dorian came by same day ahead of schedule, worked fast and provided a fair quote. Would definitely hire again!

Very responsive. Came the same day to fix a leak I had in my apartment. Was quick and did a great Job.

I am extremely disappointed with the plumbing service I received. The team started cutting the ceiling before I had a chance to move my personal belongings, leaving my towels, toothbrush, and garbage can in a dirty state. They used my brand new mop to clean up poop without informing me, even though they saw me there. To make matters worse, they didn't properly support the pipe they installed. Instead of using the appropriate support, they leaned it on my doorframe, leaving a 75-pound pipe resting on it, which is now causing the doorframe to cave in. The clamps they left were at an angle, which wasn't the correct installation method. They rushed through the job to get to the next one, which showed a clear lack of attention to detail. I had expected more work ethic for the high price I was quoted--especially when other plumbers offered much lower estimates. They left a huge mess on the bathroom walls, floor, and even left footprints throughout my basement. To top it off, they poured human waste at the base of my neighbor's tree without even asking me first, leaving me no chance to stop them. As a result of their negligence, I had to hire cleaners to fix the mess for an additional $300. This was a very frustrating and costly experience, and I would not recommend this service to anyone. Ps. Ive been trying to get in contact with him about securing the pipe better since it was left resting on my door frame. Jordan has not responded to my text/ calls. I had to hire a separate contractor to do this job. read more

Thanks for the excellent and quick service. Will recommend for future service. I will use this service again when needed.

Dorjan was very responsive and professional. He fixed all 3 issues we had in one visit. Highly recommend.

After several very high-priced offers to install a new kitchen faucet and a new bathroom faucet, I heard from Dorjan of DC Piping & Heating Corp. Dorjan was courtesy and very accommodating. He offered to come the same day, I decided after some thought to get the job done for the agreed price which was the lowest of all of the other offers. Dorjan arrived and in less than an hour and half installed both faucets with ease. They were beautifully done and cleaned up too. I'm having him come back for more work. 5 stars read more

I hired this company when my kitchen sink "backed up" and was at risk of overflowing. I was impressed with his very prompt reply, within minutes of doing a Yelp search for a plumber. He also was willing to help on a Sunday during a holiday weekend. After assessing the problem and what had been attempted by the plumber who came the day prior, he found a solution. Dorjan was pleasant, listened carefully to my concerns, and got the job done! FYI, this company does not accept credit or debit cards. That may be an issue if additional work is required, and the cost of the repair ends up being more than the initial quote. read more

I call DC Piping & Heating to change th whole sewer line in my house and they perfect job I am so happy with the job so reasonable price I recommended this company for plumbing read more

Amazing!!!! Quick response, came out right away and gave us a very good price!!!! 10/10

Second time using his services. Looked him up on Yelp from my previous review, an hour later he's in my apartment and my bathtub is unclogged at a reasonable price. Highly recommend for great work, timely service and affordable price! read more

Unfortunately after corresponding with DC Piping in hopes to potentially hiring them, they never got back to me. I was told they would follow up with an appointment to assess the damage however I have yet to hear from them. To there defense the issue I was having is intricate and tedious however, as a business it is unprofessional to not follow up after being told you would. read more

Came super fast. Really knows what he's doing, helped with a shower install and came up with a solution right away. Highly recommended.

Too expensive without visual. Price over the phone better find super only change basic faucet.

Did not hire this company bc I felt he was overpricing the work I was requesting. Many times contractors overcharge women bc they assume we don't know better or find us vulnerable I guess. He quoted me @ $500 to replace a $40 part (he claimed the part costed over $100, upon researching the part could cost that much but there were many other options ranging from appx. $40. I wouldn't want to do business with an opportunist. read more

Dorjan responded super quickly and had a very professional approach. He truly emphasized that he would not leave me hanging and was determined to fix the issue at hand. The shower diverter had been gradually failing, but then all of a sudden, something about the faucet didn't work. Great, reliable service. The plumber (Alex) was knowledgeable and efficient. Would use them again.

One of the hands-free faucets in our offices broke. I contacted a few plumbers and most did not get back to me, or did not want to do the job or were taking too long to figure out what can be done. I got tired of this and went on Yelp, found DC Piping & Heating Corp and messaged them. Dorjan quickly replied and we arranged a visit for him to fix this. He showed up on time and did the job well .... now I have a working faucet! I am very pleased with the service I received and I'll be sure to contact Dorjan in the future for all of our plumbing needs. read more

I found my water heater was leaking today and I needed to replace it. DC Piping & Heating was one of the companies I reached out to and they responded right away with a quote over the phone after I answered a few questions. By 3pm Dorjan was at my door with a brand new water heater and an hour and half later I had new water heater installed and working. Dorjan was professional and answered all my questions. All for a reasonable price. Will definitely use him for my future plumbing needs! read more

DC Piping & Heating responded immediately to my request, gave an approximate price quote, said he could arrive within 1-1/2 hours and did. Problem was assessed quickly, he had all the parts, started the repair, kept checking to make sure there were no other problems, did the work and was exceedingly precise and neat. I highly recommend this service provider and would definitely use him again! read more

Had a seemingly difficult leak between floors. Dorjan responded quick, came diagnosed, did the discovery and told us what would be needed, he does not do tiling and did not misrepresent himself. We got a second who did the other work needed. We had two contractors in one week who talked and walked their talk, we were blessed. read more

Great,. Prompt and Courteous service with a smile. I would definitely hire them again.

My toilet was not flushing, the tank wouldn't fill and the water constantly running. Dorian was the only plumber that provided a quote without seeing the job. He works fast and explained everything well. Very fair pricing. Highly recommend. read more

Dorjan came out and identified our issue (a failed sump). He was back with a replacement later in the day and now our basement is no longer flooding. Total price for the service was $1800 before tax. Google tells me that this is in the reasonable price range for this service, so I'm happy. I know you're supposed to get things quoted out but this was just not an option given the urgency of the service, and I'm grateful that Dorjan was able to come out and fix me up on the same day. Talking with Dorjan was easy and he was straightforward and communicative when we were going over what needed to be done. read more

I don't have enough good words to say how happy and satisfied I am with the work Dorjan and DC Plumbing provided. I had sent out an inquiry to several companies for a busted water tank that was leaking water everywhere and it left me with no hot water. Dorjan responded to my inquiry within minutes and was the only one to ask questions about my tank, size, where leak was, photos, etc. I felt all his questions were very appropriate to diagnose what job needed to be done. During our encounter I did not feel pressured/forced in any way to have him take on the work which I really appreciated. I also felt that the price he quoted me was fair to other quotes I received. Dorjan was able to come in and compete the job the very next day. Not only was he early, but was able to get the job done in 2 hours from start to finish as promised. Thank you again for having such a great attitude and calmness throughout the whole experience. You helped make this stressful situation bearable. Will definitely be using this company again in the future. read more

I was absolutely overcharged for a service that was unsuccessfully completed. I was told that a service had been provided, which turned out to be a lie that I am now having to have fixed by another, reliable and competent plumbing company. I've reached out for a refund and was told that it was "not their fault. We told you the price ahead of time." Definitely takes advantage of people they think aren't savvy and blatantly lies about the "work." Posting this for the sake of others. Only interested in a refund from this company, not looking for a discussion. read more

DC Piping & Heating Corp - This photo was taken only a few months after "my main line was jetted" by this company. I now have to pay another company to fix this mess. - Plumbing Near Me - The Bronx, New York

This service provider is different from your everyday service provider. They do not work the same way. After spending four days communicating with them and my home warranty company, trying to get the two folks to speak directly (per the terms of my home warranty company), the service provider, DC Piping & Heating Corp, would need to call my warranty company to authorize the job (I believe they want to be sure the service provider is licensed and insured). And at the end, this service provider said no to calling the home warranty company for authorization despite my promising to pay DC Piping & Heating Corp directly. read more
