I called to request a boiler maintenance. After a couple calls no one called back. I was told it was not a priority. When I finally got an appointment, I got no notification to confirm appointment. On the day of appointment, no one showed up. No one called. I called four times and waited for 3 hours. When you call, all you get is an answering service. If you don't get a call back, they don't want you as a customer. Update: I finally got a call as I wrote this post. But then I was told maybe I'll get someone in the afternoon. No apology or explanation why it took 4 calls to get a response. Just told they have to reschedule. Whoever scheduled me in the beginning didn't tell anyone. read more

Our hot water Heater went out over the Easter Weekend that left us high and dry. We contacted Niko over at Vuksani Service Group on Sunday, was contacted shortly there after and we discussed the details of the Job and the model of the replacement water heater wanted. We set up an appointment for early Monday morning and Niko was there promptly and even made arrangement to arrive earlier than we first agreed upon. Niko arrived on time, reviewed the current installation, provide a more than fair price for the job and once agreed upon, had the model water heater I requested with a service crew onsite within 30 minutes. The job was completed within a few hours and the water heater was fired up without issue. Their crew was professional and respectful and after only a few hours, we had a new water heater installed. They even corrected some faulty plumbing mistakes made by the last "plumber" that installed the prior water heater. I called this company to have my boiler and water heater checked before the new tenants move in and I must admit I have been lazy with my scheduling of yearly preventative maintenance inspections but the nice gentleman technician gave both units a clean bill of health with a necessary boiler cleaning or whatever it's called what he did . I def know that I should not use Building Management's suggested plumber so I started Googling. Vuksani and Waterhouse popped up both with great reviews. I contacted their office on a Sunday and received a call back within a few hours to talk through the problem and schedule a visit with their technicians. They were happy to provide a COI to building management. A pair of exceedingly polite young men showed up promptly at 9am Monday morning, as promised. They quickly diagnosed the problem (a leaking pipe in the wall), repaired it, and closed everything back up in about an hour. Big shout-out to Jake and his partner for the excellent work. I bought a Toto Washlet bidet seat for the toilet in our apartment, but when I tried to install it I realized that the toilet was too close to the wall to allow me to install the bidet's junction valve to the water supply hose. I called Vuksani and Erik arrived promptly the next day. He ended up needing to move and re-caulk the entire toilet to install the seat due to the aforementioned tight space. He did an excellent job and worked very quickly. He spent a significant amount of time figuring out a way to install an additional adapter so that I could easily uninstall the bidet when I eventually move, rather than having to pay a plumber to move the entire toilet again. He also explained exactly how to uninstall it and even offered to leave a set of pliers in case I didn't have a pair. I really appreciated his extra effort in the name of saving me money and headaches in the future. The price seemed reasonable to me for the amount of time, effort, and knowledge involved. (I've never called a plumber before, and called Vuksani just based on their rating, so take this with a grain of salt if you're hunting for the best rates).
