He was professional and responsive to my texts/phone calls. I was able to easily pay by Zelle upon completion of the job after receiving a photo of the invoice. I told him I'd like him to come back after I finished the tiling to put the fixtures on the valves and he agreed. I paid him the entire amount up front. 4 months later I texted him to tell him the bathroom was ready for him to put in the fixtures. The only experience I had with him was back in November and frankly I was iffy on whether he would bother to come back. He did. Not only did he do that, but when I asked him to install my toilet, he quoted me, started putting it in and then pointed out a problem that meant I actually needed to replace the toilet. He could have just installed it, pocketed the money and been on his way but instead he told me he'd come back to install it after the new toilet arrived, and you know what? I believe him. He's my go-to guy now. If he's busy, I'll wait until he's free. He's that good.
