Fantastic service, punctual, neat and tidy. Fixed all the things around my apartment. I highly recommend him. Thank you!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. One of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had with a handyman service. I scheduled an appointment specifically to have a TV mounted with the wires concealed. I explained exactly what I needed ahead of time through Yelp Messenger, so there should have been absolutely no confusion about the scope of the job. The day of the appointment, they started texting me asking the same questions I had already answered--all of which were clearly visible in our Yelp conversation. Then they actually showed up without the equipment or materials needed to conceal the wires and told me they couldn't complete the job. So why show up in the first place? If you knew exactly what the job required before the appointment, there is no excuse for arriving completely unprepared to do it. This was a complete waste of my time and an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. If you're looking to have a TV professionally mounted and your wires concealed, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Based on my experience, I would never use Tony's Handyman again. read more

We had booked a handyman to come to come to the UWS to hang up 4 paintings (3 large and one small). Agreed to the quote. The day off, Andrey showed up on time. In the midst of putting up the first painting, he literally packed up his tool bag and left after I kindly requested him to move the positioning a quarter inch to the right since it wasn't centered on the wall. Literally no conversation at all except, "I don't want to do this job." When I called the main number, the dispatcher apologized for the worker's behavior and offered an alternative handy person to stop by 2 days later. I was literally left speechless by this level of unprofessionalism - especially when the person is being paid by the hour and not a flat fee. Appreciate that the dispatcher took responsibility and was apologetic, and not defensive at all. However, having planned for more than a week and having moved work commitments for this, it's not acceptable. read more

Great experience. Very prompt and clear communication. We needed to move a queen size bed to replace an area rug. The job was done in an hour and we couldn't be happier with the result. Highly recommend. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Tony arrived exactly on time (a miracle in the service world), and the whole booking process was a breeze thanks to the super convenient texting feature. He even asked if shoes in the house was ok when came in, how thoughtful! He hung my painting, mounted my mirror, bolted my bookshelf and shoe cabinet to the wall. Everything is perfectly aligned, sturdy, and exactly where I wanted it. He was friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. And the quote was competitive too! My home finally feels complete and secure. Thanks a million, Tony! read more

Tonys Handy - Painting hung - Handyman Near Me

I requested a file cabinet to be assembled. After hours of him trying he couldn't complete the job because product was damaged. I have learned from this is to ask questions about who will be coming and their experience. It would have been nice to dismantle At no charge. read more

Great work from Anton, a member of Tony's team. I used Tony's to install two AC box units and brackets. Anton was timely, professional, and kind. He went above and beyond by cleaning pieces of the machine as well as the filters. Well priced and very responsive. I would defiantly go to Tony's Hand again. Highly recommend. :) read more

I had such a great experience working with Tony! He did an excellent job assembling my bookcases and reinforcing my shelves. His work was solid and precise. Tonys Handy - 65in TV - Handyman Near Me

The service was fast and reliable. Tony's guy did quick and quality work. They had the best price out of all the people I've reached out to. I'm glad I went to Yelp too besides Thumbtack and Taskrabbit as these guys have the best price and it's really bang for the buck as he kept our place clean too. We had 5 curtains hung and a 55 inch tv on an articulating tv mount. I'll do business with them again in the future should I need similar services. read more

As opposed to Doctor Sofa I decided to recently hire Anton to disassemble a large sofa that would not come out of the apartment otherwise in one piece and move it to recycling room in my building for the disposal. He saved me lot of stress by taking care of the entire job with few instructions in a very timely and professional manner. I now have Anton as my favourite contact for any difficult tasks I might need help with in the future. His pricing is very reasonable and he is very communicative over the texts. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! read more

Hired to help mount a TV and ended up keeping them on for a few other projects. Great rates and an experienced man on the job. Very efficient and quick. I'm already planning to have them back to work on another few projects. Highly recommend. read more

I've reached out to them for screen door installation. The handyman was professional and crafty. Both the service & communication qualities are top notch. Definitly worth the money. 100% would recommend and use again. read more

We hired Tony's handyman to do simple household projects and they were completed well and thoroughly. We hung drapes, mount a tv, soundbar, and floating shelf, and install an A/C unit. The price was more reasonable than other bids solicited for the same project, so good value overall. My only frustration was the negotiation to get to a reasonable price. We had agreed to an hourly rate and Tony's Handy tried to convert the project to a fixed fee. Seemed unnecessary when I was agreeing to a (potentially) more expensive project for me. read more

Great communication and expert workmanship - will use again for future services. Competitive pricing vs other services for the same job. Hired to disassemble/reassemble my couch. He told me he had everything necessary to do the job. When he sent someone to do the job, I was told that the couch needs specialized tools to take apart. I know! That's why I hired you! I needed it out *today* so I had him just take it apart and leave the pieces on the curb for a lower price. Guess I'll be buying a new couch soon. Incredibly disappointed. Update because I apparently need to be clearer about this: I had the sofa taken apart and reassembled in my apartment when I first moved there, which is why I know it was completely possible. I insisted he take it apart and destroy it because I had no other option given the timeframe. It's clear he did NOT have all the necessary tools, or else he would have been able to provide the service that I have already had provided to me before with this very same couch. read more

They were flexible and really cared about what we had requested to do. Alex mounted the TV frame walk with which care and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Communication & pricing was great! read more
