I had second thoughts about installing a mirror with adhesive after reading a prior review, but…read moreafter comparing the reviews of other local companies, I decided to meet with Brandon & see what could be done. He was very professional and he addressed all my concerns. (I had lighting pulled through the mirror & a frame built around it to help keep it in place for a ridiculously long time; I plan to be in my home for the foreseeable future & am not worried one bit.) They fabricated & installed a mirror to fit the space perfectly. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding regarding the lighting I had planned, and -- being overwhelmed with other home improvement projects at the time -- I didn't take the time to review the order well enough to catch the error. Still, they redid the work at no cost to me. I'm grateful for their professionalism and timely delivery. The work was done just before the holidays; I had out of town guests coming, and it seemed to be a pretty busy time for the company too, but they made it all work out despite the initial hiccup. They are good people who stand by their work. I had another custom mirror installed by a different company at the same time (yeah, it was a crazy time & I was determined to get it all done at once), and Mirage's work was superior. No glue showing, seamless installation, more reasonable pricing too.

I really lucked out with Marco for so many reasons. He was very professional in the way he went about his business. He was responsive to questions, he came to the house on time to provide an estimate, and he gave a reasonable time frame for when he could complete the work. When he came over to replace the windows, he was thoughtful about preparing the work area by covering the floors to minimize mess. Marco was efficient in execution without compromising quality. The workmanship was outstanding and the cost was within my budget. I am really glad to have found Marco (Brother's Glass Design) and highly recommend him & his company. Vaneet

He always shows up on time and on schedule and his product and method of installation is top notch. During a long and painful renovation of an old 1890's farmhouse joe was a much welcomed and very appreciated contractor. The glass he installed for our bathrooms really made a difference to the clarity and quality of our bathroom renovations. They gleam thick blue toned glass rather than the greenish glass you see in lesser renovations. Also his mirrors in the gym look great. It's not easy to find an honest businessman who does what he says and has followthrough. You can sure count on joe.
