He was very professional and he addressed all my concerns. (I had lighting pulled through the mirror & a frame built around it to help keep it in place for a ridiculously long time; I plan to be in my home for the foreseeable future & am not worried one bit.) They fabricated & installed a mirror to fit the space perfectly. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding regarding the lighting I had planned, and -- being overwhelmed with other home improvement projects at the time -- I didn't take the time to review the order well enough to catch the error. Still, they redid the work at no cost to me. I'm grateful for their professionalism and timely delivery. The work was done just before the holidays; I had out of town guests coming, and it seemed to be a pretty busy time for the company too, but they made it all work out despite the initial hiccup. They are good people who stand by their work. I had another custom mirror installed by a different company at the same time (yeah, it was a crazy time & I was determined to get it all done at once), and Mirage's work was superior. No glue showing, seamless installation, more reasonable pricing too.

He was responsive to questions, he came to the house on time to provide an estimate, and he gave a reasonable time frame for when he could complete the work.
