The workers started on time, worked all day minus their lunch break and cleaned up the property so we'll one could not tell that a roofing job was done. Bathroom gutted , plumbing and electrical my husband had to help and over see the workers, tile job - tiles pooping out uneven looks like a 10 yr did! Left the bathroom with grout glue marks all over bathroom. Dust imbedded in my new wood vanity. I was not happy! Basically paid 23,600 for labor. For a bathroom that was 5x9. We bought all materials such as faucets tile tub toilet ect. Paid close to 10 thousand for them. Allowance given was 1400. Which was not made clear on contract. I blame my self for falling for this company. Please do not use them they are dishonest and can't be trusted. Very unhappy. read more

We have used Professional Home Remodel (PHR) to perform extensive renovation work in our home and in our opinion, they are the best general contractors and home servicers we have found. They take care of your home as if it were their own home, and this approach is found with every single person on their teams. We needed extensive work on our home and did research and set up an appointment in January 2022. We met with Mr. Artur Komov and asked for the work to be done in two and a half months and to stay within the budget. He delivered and provided more. The price was reasonable and the quality was the best. He and his father, Jay, as well as all of his teams and workers have now become part of our family. We received new or remodeled: - sub-basement and basement (two whole floors, gutted and fixed) - bathroom, - kitchen, - all windows throughout the house, - roofing, - gutters - siding, - patio, - cement walkway around the house, - electrical, - plumbing, - painted all the rooms, - closet, and - stairways. The reasons of why they are best are as follows: 1) Focus on the customer / Passion for doing the right thing / Hardworking teams - Mr. Komov and Jay have one job, and it is to do the job in the best way. They do not take their teams away to work on other projects, or use cheap supplies, or ignore your concerns. They are amazing. Everyday, their teams were in our home in the morning until the end of day. Mr. Komov came by the house multiple times a week and checked on the progress. 2) The Best Crews / Team People / Trades - Your project is as good as the people working on them directly and they have the BEST. a. Demolition - It starts with Thomas and Jean and their teams who did demolition the first day. They were great, and removed all the debris and was careful in how they got the areas ready. b. Alfredo and his Team - Our project manager was Alfredo and he is the best. He, his son, and his team are so hard working and take great care, quality, and pride in their work. They do such an amazing job and pay attention to details and take their time to do it properly. If there is a problem, then he can spot it, let you know of it, and discuss options to fix it. They go above and beyond in what they do. c. Gregg - We started with Gregg to choose tiles, kitchen and bathroom fixtures and countertops. We would spend hours with him and to different stores to find what is the best fit. His eye is amazing. d. Randy and his Team - We need to have Randy come in and do some support work. He and his team are exact, detailed oriented, and great. e. Plumbing - I love their licensed plumber Matty and his teams. They will show up in the morning and will take care of every single detail. He has the experience and the best quality. f. Electrical - Rob is a licensed electrician and a problem solver. He will work with your designs and help you get it wired together. g. Rana - He and his brother did our patio and cement around the house. They were amazing, so detailed oriented and hard working. They turned our backyard from dirt and grass into a beautiful patio. h. Roofing - Our roofer, Hammo, is now like family member. He and his team worked carefully and were detailed oriented in changing our roof. We had a leak that would interrupt the work. His team came and put tarps on the roof to protect the wood until they were ready to do the work. If there is a question, then he calls or comes immediately. i. Siding - Gus made our house beautiful and safe on the outside. We had dated and broken vinyl siding, and he did everything to replace, to fix, and to make it beautiful. He also was adjustable to providing beautiful molding outside the windows to accent them. 3) Very Responsive - If there is a problem or question or request, then Mr. Komov responds in less than an hour. He is always there and always ready to help. 4) Great Quality Materials / Everything is Included - Some may use cheaper material and not let you know or force you to pay for extra "add ons" once you agree to the job. PHR takes pride in using the best quality material and everything is included. For example, they use the right insulation in the basements, and took care of fixed additional items in the job. They are dedicated to making sure that you are happy. 5) They will stay until the job is done, and it will be done right - Finally, they stick to their commitments and deadlines and never sacrifice on quality. The owner is very friendly and seems to be very knowledgeable about his profession. The company has a good rating with the Better Business Bureau and has been in the neighborhood for quite some time now. I needed to have side entry door steps replaced on the house and have three slabs of sidewalk and a driveway apron replaced. The day before the work was done another gentleman who works with this company came out to survey the job. I specifically asked him if the sidewalk would be roped off to avoid anyone walking through before it had the chance to dry. I was told yes, that it would be roped off. The next day the work was done and everything went pretty smooth until the end of the day when I went to see how the job turned out as the workers proceeded to start cleaning up and packing up their truck. The first thing I noticed was a corner of the limestone of my new steps looking like it was chipped off. It's not horrible, but definitely noticeable. I then go to check out the new sidewalk and see that there is a footprint right in the first slab. When I asked what happened I was told that he had just gone towards the back of the house to help with the clean up and saw a lady with a dog had started walking across the still wet concrete. By the time he was able to stop her, there was a footprint in the first slab. I asked him if he was going to rope off the section so nobody else would walk through, but he said that the concrete had already dried to the point where it wasn't necessary. At this point I roped off the section myself as a precaution. A few days later the owner of the company comes by to collect the remaining balance for the work that was done. I expressed my concerns with the outcome of the job with him at this point. I was told that the chipped limestone step most likely came from the stone yard like that and that the rugged edge was just part of the look. As I had previously mentioned, it wasn't horrible looking but definitely noticeable and it is definitely a chipped piece and not part of the texture. As for sidewalk, while he expressed his sympathy for the fact that there was a footprint in it, he said that there wasn't anything he could really do other than send someone back to try and sand it out. At this point, all I can do is wait and see if he honors what he has said. I understand not every job is going to turn out perfect, but for $4,400 a sign being plastered in my front yard for three months, it's unsettling to say the least. read more

I had a consultation with the owner Jay about a new roof. He was very informative and resourceful (coming with a plethora of samples to observe). The quality of his roofing products were top of the line, and presented high quality waterproofing to insure a perfectly sealed and protected roof. After sealing the deal, his team promptly contacted me on the process and scheduling. Whenever I had questions, Jay or any one of his team members were always accessible (usually having contact via cell phone, and not having to leave messages at an office). Professional Home Remodeling was sooooo organized and operated in sync. They completed the roof (demolition AND new roofing installation) in 1 day! AND it came out beautifully, thanks to Jay! I was unsure about mixing certain textures, roof materials, and even colors. However, Jay had many samples to consider, and I went with his color suggestion..... and it was worth it!
