Can't say enough about this job, from initial estimates to completion! John worked with us on getting everything started, replacing 9 double hung Silverline windows (which were only 4 years old) with 6 casement windows and a huge nearly 600lb picture window. Mike and his crew did an amazing job with final measurements and install. On the windows they were able to keep all molding and trim on the inside intact, which not only saved the possibility of needing to redo, but with the perfect measuring we were also able to keep our motorized blinds! The entire crew was friendly and professional in addition to doing great work. I was waiting to watch that big window go up. They pulled it up on top of scaffolding by hand. My boat mechanic showed up and I went in the boat for 5 minutes with him and by the time I came out, it was already off the ground and in the scaffolding. I couldn't imagine how! We have more windows (and possibly doors) we are expecting to do down the line and will definitely reach back out to NSE! In the pictures, the windows we replaced are on the second floor extension. We also replaced the sliding patio door on the ground level. All Marvin and we are very pleased with them. The picture doesn't do it justice, the transformation upstairs is phenomenal. read more

I needed 18 windows replaced, before going with NSE I met with 5 different window companies. Eric C at NSE is the most knowledgeable and patient person we met out of them all. He sat with us for hours designing, choosing colors, styles and showing us the different product lines. Price wise they beat Anderson and Pella but the Marvin product is so much classier. My house was built in the 80s and this is the first time having the windows replaced. It has sheet rock returns and I wanted to keep the same look so it took a few extra days to complete the job but I had to hire a painter separately for the finishing touches. Nse offered to install moldings around the window frames which is what most people do but since the house came with the Sheetrock returns we decided to keep the same look. The installation staff were very professional, knowledgeable and took pride in what they did. Unfortunately it was a bit messier than expected but that was due to the old sheet rock of my house having to be cut to accommodate the new window frames. I hired NSE windows to buy and install my marvin door. I have in the past boutht 2 marvin doors in the past from a different company. The problem was that the company I used in the past did not have anyone to install the doors....and there were issues.
