He came back a few days later with his crew and patched up the roof around the skylight. They were quick, efficient and cleaned up afterwards, removing all construction debris. His pricing was quite fair for this large job. They began work within a week and I was incredibly impressed with his team, how clean they kept the worksite (our front courtyard) and how they cleaned up after each day's work. They were organized, methodical and worked section by section around the entire roof. The men were all hard workers and very kind. Ultimately, primarily for reasons outside of the ones that came up in inspection, we decided not to buy the home, and True View was able to give us partial refunds for the radon and lead tests we ordered as we would not be needing them.
