We have used MM for 20 years. With 2 kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats we needed them. I tried the do it yourself store rental machine...don't bother. They always do a great job! Hard to believe how much dirt comes out of the carpet. They also do wood floors.....dry in only a few hours. read more

This is the 2nd time we've used Miracle Mist to have our ALL white furniture and rug cleaned! Each cleaning produced a "like new" look to our furniture and flokati rug, an extremely difficult rug to clean. The owner Blair insisted on coming out himself because he did the job the first time around. I couldn't believe with the high volume of work he remembered me and the house (which is not exactly close to his business) from over a year ago. Scheduling, dealing with the friendly staff and owner is always a pleasure. Pricing is great for the superior service and the mom and pop feel you get here vs a franchise makes you feel like a family friend. And best of all, the finished product is immaculate. These guys know what they are doing! We call them every year and they are awesome! Fast, efficient, professional company. They were so accommodating when we needed to change our appointment. They were on time and they finished the job quickly. They explained the process to me and then began, working quickly to get setup and start cleaning. They also took the time to offer some advice on keeping the carpet clean (post-cleaning) and reducing wear-and-tear over time. The results were fantastic. I wish I had taken before-and-after photos because some of the areas of the carpet look like they were re-carpeted entirely, looking fresh and bright where before they were gross with dirt, grime and dust. These guys are terrific! I called them on Monday with an emergency request. They came out on Tuesday by noon. Even though the job took more time and was more involved than first anticipated, they persevered until the carpet, area rug, three sofas and four chairs were again ready for use -- and looked great!
