I had a truly wonderful five-star experience with Lady G and her highly professional team who cleaned my home from top to bottom so meticulously that I believe a doctor could operate there now! Byron and Lucia arrived right on time and ready to work, and didn't stop working until about 4 hours later when my home was spotless and fresh. I chose Lady G's "Deep Clean" service and added on their carpet shampoo service, and thought that the prices quoted for both of these seemed like an excellent value. After team finished the job, though, I realized it was actually an enormous value for money - they absolutely exceeded the high expectations I had coming in! It bears mentioning here, too, that Lady G, Byron, and Lucia, in addition to all being professional and thorough, were just very nice, decent people who I'd be supremely comfortable entrusting my home to. And, the fact that Lady G Enterprises is a local New Haven area small business gives the rest of us the opportunity to support the hardworking people in our community. If you are looking for a high-end, high-value cleaning service run and staffed by genuinely honest, conscientious people in the local community, I strongly recommend that you at least take a look at Lady G and her team. Lady G and her team of 4 arrived on time, went directly to work and did a spectacular job for us. We had a fire in our oven and we had to use an extinguisher which caused an incredible mess. Gabrielle took control, cleaned that messy stove and it looked brand new. The other ladies worked their magic, were in and out and did a fantastic job. I will have them back soon. read more

I was moving into a condo in Hamden, CT, and needed to have the condo deep-cleaned and carpet washed because the owner/previous tenant had cats. I had set up an appointment to do this on the morning of my move-in day, which was a Saturday, so that I can get my stuff moved in the afternoon. However, I ran into issues at the condo (i.e. no power) on the day of the appointment, so Gabriella and her team could not clean. Likewise, we had collectively decided that they will come back when the power is available so that they can use power equipment to wash carpets, vacuum, etc. Even though they don't work on Sundays, they offered to do so because of all the trouble I had to go through that morning (all moving-related arrangements went kapoot; e.g. pouring rain, no power, movers changing schedule, house cat went missing). 10 minutes after they left the condo (at this point, they've been at my condo for about 30 minutes already without getting paid because we needed to figure out our next steps), power was back on, so I called them back to let them know. They came back immediately and went to work. Gabriella and her team of 4 (or 5? can't remember) made everything SQUEAKY CLEAN. The condo wasn't even that messy before, but I was so shocked at how glossy everything were after the cleaning that I was hesitant of touching anything. They got everything done within the originally-scheduled time (sometime between 8am to 12pm) despite starting late (due to power issues) with additional services we requested that wasn't in the original quote. The team was very professional, communicative, and pleasure to talk to. We were so pleased that my partner decided to hire them for a move-out cleaning (where we were moving from) a few days after our move. They were so flexible and had went above and beyond to accommodate our tight schedule. 10/10. Just hire them already. read more
