He didn't suck up the puddle of water sitting on the floor, he brought a huge dehumidifier into the house, and Dan need payment upfront so the owner of the units daughter did so, a large down payment and they didn't even do their job. The contract was read thoroughly and it was brought up. Owners daughter tried to call Diane, and she was extremely rude and hung up. You wasted time, electricity, and money. We had to clean it up ourselves and do your labor. We wanted a written report and we said that on the phone and in person to this bald man, with no teeth who isn't on your website as an employee. He was nice, and he took photos, and he said a report would be written so the only way I know how to describe him is that way because that is how he looks, so no offense to him. But you need to make this right. It was done on Friday June 5th and they know who I am talking about. So you need to make this right. Both parties have used you in the past and have been satisfied so this doesn't match to what you usually do.

I have never heard so many lies and untruths in my life.hand he couldn't understand why I was so angry that he hadn't followed through with his promise of an estimate. my blood pressure is too high already and my vocabulary is very quickly turning to not so nice words when I discuss how his tune changed once he heard the insurance company was involved, his tube changed faster than he changed his prices. Then had to send out another person to re-shoot pictures of area, said first pictures didn't come out well. Then my electrical bill shows up $200.00 more than usual. I believe Servpro should have to compensate for this cost to run their equipment for their service. Now asked for cost break down. Total cost $6,463.67 unreal for amount of work performed, now going over cost break down so far-seeing things they did not perform. Because of amount of bill, services on bill break down that were not performed, giving low ratings, if you're going to use them get a cost estimate first.

SONDRA answered every call and question during the whole crisis. She was so patient and explained each step as the cleanup progressed. She was very reassuring during this trying time. Every worker was so courteous and empathetic. They also sent out their reconstruction manager, CRAIG, who assessed the damage and the work needed to restore the condo.
