They are professional but caring, and they build a relationship with you. I had them coming every two weeks to clean my 1500sqft house, and they charged $100 for a really thorough clean--very reasonable. Extra bonus points: they love dogs and won over my protective nervous young dog with treats and affection! Can't recommend them highly enough :-)

I was moving into a condo in Hamden, CT, and needed to have the condo deep-cleaned and carpet…read morewashed because the owner/previous tenant had cats. I had set up an appointment to do this on the morning of my move-in day, which was a Saturday, so that I can get my stuff moved in the afternoon. However, I ran into issues at the condo (i.e. no power) on the day of the appointment, so Gabriella and her team could not clean. Likewise, we had collectively decided that they will come back when the power is available so that they can use power equipment to wash carpets, vacuum, etc. Even though they don't work on Sundays, they offered to do so because of all the trouble I had to go through that morning (all moving-related arrangements went kapoot; e.g. pouring rain, no power, movers changing schedule, house cat went missing). 10 minutes after they left the condo (at this point, they've been at my condo for about 30 minutes already without getting paid because we needed to figure out our next steps), power was back on, so I called them back to let them know. They came back immediately and went to work. Gabriella and her team of 4 (or 5? can't remember) made everything SQUEAKY CLEAN. The condo wasn't even that messy before, but I was so shocked at how glossy everything were after the cleaning that I was hesitant of touching anything. They got everything done within the originally-scheduled time (sometime between 8am to 12pm) despite starting late (due to power issues) with additional services we requested that wasn't in the original quote. The team was very professional, communicative, and pleasure to talk to. We were so pleased that my partner decided to hire them for a move-out cleaning (where we were moving from) a few days after our move. They were so flexible and had went above and beyond to accommodate our tight schedule. 10/10. Just hire them already.

TrueMaid was recommended to my wife and I by a neighbor. They provided us same week deep cleaning…read morefor a very reasonable price. The cleaners themselves were incredibly thorough with our kitchen (per our request) and completely cleaned our greasy stove top. We have a 5 and 3 year old whom my wife allows to eat on the couch and anywhere downstairs. Every fingerprint, smudge, grease stain and couch stain are gone. Cleaners were there for about 7 hrs and actually waited another r15 minutes for me to get home to personal inspect their work (which was so unnecessary), but clearly from owner to cleaner they value providing a customer service. Booking with them was incredibly easy, EJ the manager who quoted me was one of those naturally friendly personalities that we wound up chit chatting about the renovation we had done about a year earlier. For the first time in five years our home looks in order and we're so thankful and booked a recurring cleaning service.

The two cleaners arrived right at 9:00 AM, exactly as scheduled. They were friendly, professional, and worked incredibly hard all day. They spent eight hours cleaning our home, and the attention to detail was amazing. Every room looked spotless, and we couldn't find a single area they missed. What really stood out was the follow-up. The company called the next day to make sure we were happy with the service and the amount they were going to bill, and having two team members on the call showed how much they truly care about their customers. We couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend this cleaning company to anyone looking for a thorough, professional deep cleaning. Five stars.
