I was very unhappy with the job that Annies All Clean did cleaning my apartment. She claimed to clean all these different areas every time they come to clean, not just once in a while, each time and yet none of those areas got touched, even the most obvious things like microwave and more. Things I pointed out that I specifically wanted wiped down, were not done either. She also charged me $50 extra to clean for the first time and yet she said everything is done every time, so why Is she charging more for the first time and not the other times. I feel very ripped off and so disappointed. I had company coming to stay over, so much to do, and yet I had to go around and clean my house anyway after she left. At the last minute while I was writing a check, she wanted cash payment. I did not have that much cash on me. I do not recommend!! read more

Barbara and her sister Mary are the team behind Annie's, and I reached out to them a few months ago when I moved to the area. They are professional but caring, and they build a relationship with you. I had them coming every two weeks to clean my 1500sqft house, and they charged $100 for a really thorough clean--very reasonable. If I needed to reschedule the day/time that they came for one week, they were super accommodating. Extra bonus points: they love dogs and won over my protective nervous young dog with treats and affection! Can't recommend them highly enough :-) read more

What? No reviews? Time for one! We were visiting Groton to welcome our submariner son home from a grueling 7 month deployment. We decided it would be a nice surprise for him to have his house cleaned. Thinking we didn't want to tackle 7 months worth of fur from 2 cats, dust, grime, and general crud, we looked to Yelp. Finding nothing we took a chance with Annie's All Clean and are glad we did. First of all, Barbara was SO accommodating with our uncertainty of a day and time. Then she and her assistant devoted 3 hours and worked wonders. Besides that, she gave us a discount I'm sure, because our son is Navy and she said this was for a good cause. (Sorry, Barbara, I probably shouldn't say that!). She even followed up to ask if he liked the results. (He did, very much)The next time we want to treat our son, we will call on her. Barbara and Mary came to our house this morning to clean for the first time and we are pleased with the results. It was snowing with a few inches on the ground already and I honestly and understandably expected to get a call or text asking for a reschedule, but they braved the weather and made it out here. They worked throughout the place focusing on bathrooms, floors and the kitchen, as Barbara told me in our initial walk through and estimate and we are very happy with the result. We keep our house pretty clean and tidy but felt that a cleaning service would have helped with some of the details and touches or more thorough cleaning that we don't necessarily do ourselves. They were in and out in about 3 hours which was pretty impressive. We will definitely use their services again. read more

Barbara and her sister came to my home for the first time yesterday to clean. I cannot say enough positive feed back about them. Barbara told me what she would clean and her word is as good as gold. Impressive is an under statement. If you are on the fence on who to hire this is the team you are looking for.
