They fit me into their busy schedule without a peep or a hitch, and my problem was solved in no time. Joslyn was efficient, professional, and especially thorough. She was in my bathroom for ten minutes, and afterwards everything was shining: floor, sink, bathtub, toilet. Then she did the same for the rest of the condo. Each room is cleaner. I am very pleased with her work. She was also very pleasant; a nice person who does a Grade-A job. I've already discussed with Joslyn future work. I didn't think it was possible to remove the dirt and mysterious grime on the carpets, and resigned myself to replacing them. I contacted Bonnie at Advanced Systems Carpet Cleaning because of their wonderful reviews and I can say it was absolutely the right choice. I was scheduled immediately and Bonnie and her son literally performed magic, doing a deep cleaning of the damaged areas. I was stunned that they were able to get our carpets back to pristine, beautiful condition. Bonnie is super responsive, easy to work with, fairly priced and a perfectionist about her work. I am ecstatic over the results. Later had them do a clean, color and protectant seal of all of our 1st floor tile. The results were gorgeous and beyond my expectations. No more babying the tile or wasting time doing backbreaking grout scrubbing. Best decision ever. I am looking forward to having Bonnie and her team do the rest of our floors. I've added a…read morestar to my previous review because I appreciate the effort she made to get back in touch with me. As I mentioned in my original review below they did a great job cleaning. Original Review: Dallis & her crew were great... until they weren't. I hired Flawless Homes in March & initially they were spectacular. Always right on time, were friendly, and most importantly did a great job making my house shine. Then, they just didn't show up one day. We had confirmed the night before & then... silence. I was worried that something might be wrong so I texted to make sure they were all ok & ask if they were coming & I heard nothing in return. After two weeks of texting and calling Dallis with no reply, I assume I'm simply never going to see them again. I hope they are okay. So, if they come they are great, but prepare yourself that they may just disappear one day without any notice and without another word.
