The cleaners themselves were incredibly thorough with our kitchen (per our request) and completely cleaned our greasy stove top. We have a 5 and 3 year old whom my wife allows to eat on the couch and anywhere downstairs. Every fingerprint, smudge, grease stain and couch stain are gone. Cleaners were there for about 7 hrs and actually waited another r15 minutes for me to get home to personal inspect their work (which was so unnecessary), but clearly from owner to cleaner they value providing a customer service. Booking with them was incredibly easy, EJ the manager who quoted me was one of those naturally friendly personalities that we wound up chit chatting about the renovation we had done about a year earlier. For the first time in five years our home looks in order and we're so thankful and booked a recurring cleaning service.

The two cleaners arrived right at 9:00 AM, exactly as scheduled. They were friendly, professional, and worked incredibly hard all day. They spent eight hours cleaning our home, and the attention to detail was amazing. Every room looked spotless, and we couldn't find a single area they missed. What really stood out was the follow-up. The company called the next day to make sure we were happy with the service and the amount they were going to bill, and having two team members on the call showed how much they truly care about their customers. We couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend this cleaning company to anyone looking for a thorough, professional deep cleaning. Five stars.

From the easy quote via phone to the home visit (for estimate) to the awesome first cleaning (note that the initial cleaning will take longer than regular biweekly cleanings), I'm grateful to have these ladies on my team! They're thorough and meticulous, and treat your house with respect and care. Their method is go from "top to bottom" and though they literally start upstairs, they really mean from, say, dusting the top of the blinds to the floor. They use green products (though they will use Clorox in the bathrooms, for example, if you request that) and the right products for the respective surfaces (e.g., wood floors, quartz counters, leather sets, etc.). It was wonderful to step into an immaculate house, where it looked and smelled clean, and Jackee has been so responsive from the beginning -- she even texted me after they were done and asked if I had anything to critique. Hint: there was nothing. (They even helped give my giant package to the UPS delivery person who came by during the time they were cleaning... talk about wow!) I am looking forward to many future Mondays of an exceptionally clean home; working with them is one of the best decisions we've made in a while. I'd highly recommend them!

This lack of empathy and overall deplorable way of speaking to someone experiencing loss says everything you need to know about the business owner. I didn't think it was possible to remove the dirt and mysterious grime on the carpets, and resigned myself to replacing them. I contacted Bonnie at Advanced Systems Carpet Cleaning because of their wonderful reviews and I can say it was absolutely the right choice. I was scheduled immediately and Bonnie and her son literally performed magic, doing a deep cleaning of the damaged areas. I was stunned that they were able to get our carpets back to pristine, beautiful condition. Bonnie is super responsive, easy to work with, fairly priced and a perfectionist about her work. I am ecstatic over the results. Later had them do a clean, color and protectant seal of all of our 1st floor tile. The results were gorgeous and beyond my expectations. No more babying the tile or wasting time doing backbreaking grout scrubbing. Best decision ever. I am looking forward to having Bonnie and her team do the rest of our floors. Thank you for everything!
